HF1843 Conveyor Belt Loader Our conveyer loader has been developed for use with virtually all types of domestic aircraft and it boasts the latest mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technology. It is of the very best available in the aviation industry and safety, reliability, efficiency, flexibility, operating stability and ease of maintenance are just some of its prominent features. The conveyer belt operating procedure is uncomplicated, quick and safe permitting variable loading and unloading speeds suited to the full spectrum of operating requirements and prevailing conditions. The highly reliable Isuzu diesel engine with its fluid drive gearbox and electronically controlled hydraulic system delivers the smooth, powerful performance required in ground handling applications. Conveyor speeds can be finely regulated and the belt descends only 13mm per 30 minutes can be achieved even at maximum loads with the conveying gradient set at a 24˚. A load adjusting device prevents goods from straying off course, braking functions are quick and the hydraulic oil will not exceed temperatures in excess of 50˚ Celsius even when used for extended periods at full capacity.
