If you have entered into such agreement, please forward a copy of the agreement to me prior to any further action on this offer. It is understood and agreed that neither this offer of employment, its acceptance, nor our policies, procedures or benefits create a contract of employment. Your employment is for no definite period of time. You may terminate your employment at any time without notice or cause and Schneider Electric may also terminate or modify the employment relationship with you at any time without notice or cause. In order to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 we are required to verify your identity and authorization to work in the United States.
