MISSION STATEMENT FISA is responsible for data processing operations which support the activities of those City personnel and units responsible for organizing, compiling, coordinating and reporting upon the City's central financial records, data, and other related information. FISA provides access to such information to those City personnel and units responsible for the determination and administration of the estimated and actual City expenditures; the receipt, investment and disbursement of City funds; and the issuance and payment of principal and interest on City obligations. FISA is also responsible for the implemetation and processing of the City's Payroll Management System.
