This lesson wasn’t really a help for me in solving problems on adding and subtracting fractions. I had previous years of experience on these kinds of problems, and seemed easy to do once I did it in 6th grade. These problems were 4th and 5th grade level problems for me. But sometimes I became too overconfident about these easy problems that I made some careless mistakes. This lesson taught me that no matter how easy the problems I get in class, I should never get too confident, because along the way, there will be one or two careless mistakes.
