Retreat • It was discussed that an annual retreat needs to be added as part of the budget. Having an assessment committee retreat is important because it’s an opportunity to plan the academic year projects and activities. II. Planning Budget • Retreat $1,000 • Special Assignments $13,000 • Conferences • HLC Annual Conference $5,000 • More “local” assessment related conference • How will it be determined who will go • Open up to All Assessment Committee members • Based on # of times present at committee meetings? • First come? • Open to Executive Board members • Include Master Faculty • Any Faculty and Professional Staff • • • •
