HUBUNGAN PERILAKU DAN PREFERENSI DENGAN KONSUMSI SAYUR DAN BUAH PADA REMAJA SMPN 1 KESU’ DI KABUPATEN TORAJA UTARA Behavior and Preference Relations with Fruit and Vegetable Consumption in Adolescent SMPN 1 Kesu' in the District of North Toraja Husnul Khatima, Nurhaedar Jafar,Abdul Salam Program Studi Ilmu Gizi Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Hasanuddin ([email protected], [email protected], [email protected], 085255300282) ABSTRAK Hasil Riskesdas nasional tahun 2007 hingga 2013 menunjukkan prevalensi kurang konsumsi sayur dan buah 93,6% menjadi 93,5%. Demikian juga Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang mengalami peningkatan dari 93,7% menjadi sekitar 96%. Riskesdas Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2007 kurang konsumsi sayur dan buah penduduk umur ≥ 10 tahun khususnya di Tana Toraja mencapai 93,4%. Kurangnya konsumsi sayur dan buah menyebabkan tubuh kekurangan zat gizi seperti vitamin, mineral, dan serat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku dan preferensi dengan konsumsi sayur dan buah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitin analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi berjumlah 298 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 171 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan konsumsi sayur dan buah kurang 49,7%. Berdasarkan jenis warna sayuran, sayuran berwarna oranye dan kuning paling sering dikonsumsi (2-4x/mnggu) sayur wortel. Buah berwarna oranye dan kuning yang paling sering dikonsumsi (24x/mnggu) pisang ambon. Berpengetahuan kurang (49,1%). Sikap negatif (44,4%). Preferensi tidak suka sayur dan buah (49,7%). Tidak adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dan preferensi dengan konsumsi sayur dan buah (p=0,28) (p=0,14), adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dan konsumsi sayur dan buah (p=0,005). Disimpulkan seluruh sampel memiliki konsumsi sayur dan buah dibawah standar rekomendasi minimum. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Preferensi, Konsumsi sayur dan buah, Remaja SMP.
