Are you interested in storing your RV in a new compound that will have approximately 100 ASSIGNED spaces when complete? You pay an annual fee of $120 and receive a permanent assigned parking space with your own compound key (no more in/out fees or waiting for a Ranger). You may schedule the Ranch to tow your RV, a preferred tower or tow your own when needed. Several spaces are already reserved and the compound is expected to fill up quickly. Don’t delay – get yours space reserved today! Call Michael Rogers, Office Manager at Ranch Office or email [email protected]. Include your name, membership number and contact information with your request.

NAME A CAMPGROUND ROAD The NEW AND VERY ACTIVE Fun-Addicts Committee is sponsoring a fundraiser to begin next year’s activities for our Cloud 9 Kids. You now have a chance to name a road in all of the Ranch Campgrounds. Each campground will have a theme and the road name you choose must fit the theme. Contact Cheryll, Fern or Zaylor in the Ranch Office or email to [email protected]. You will be notified if your submission has been approved and at that time payment of $25.00 per entry will be due. Your entry is not official until funds are received. The following is the theme for each campground: Hill Country (7 roads) – Mountain Ranges Powder Mill (8 roads) – Indian Chiefs Wilder Springs (3 roads) – Animals (ALL NAMED) Lonesome Pines (10 roads) – Birds Fogey Hollow (9 roads) – Bands/Groups/Miscellaneous. Melody Lane (3 roads) – 1970’s Songs (Ranch founded in 1972) NOTIFY THE GATEHOUSE WHEN MOVING TO WINTER LOCATION

These organized volunteer crews have no affiliation to a committee/club or attempts to generate funds (although donations of a skill/products/items for specific projects are accepted). WARNING!! Once you work with one of these groups, you’ll find it contagious and may catch PARC fever. Activities Committee meets year-round on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday each month, 10:00 AM in the Patio Room. For more information contact Lynn Thomas, Chairperson; Doris Thomas (PM#72), Doris Hutto (L#159) & Zelda Huster (HC#13) or any other committee members.

RANCH FISHING HOURS Nov/Feb 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CONSERVATION COMMITTEE APPOINTMENT The call went out by Don Scola, Chairman of the Conservation Committee, for new committee members. Dawn Orr requested an appointment to the committee and is now approved. Others expressed interest and should be approved in the next few days. Dawn grew up coming to the Ranch with her parents, Bill and Zelda Brazier. She has a lot of ideas and enthusiasm for conservation and preservation efforts on the Ranch, as well as an active participant in the RRC. She will be an asset to the Conservation Committee now and in future years to come.  

Who is on the Rules Committee and where do I send a rulebook question or request for a rule change? A. Committee members are Linda Haven, Chairman, Kadye Ward, Secretary, Dale Brown, Peter Leodler, Fernita Harmon and Marie Pilkinton. You may email any questions, suggestions or comments to the Ranch Office and they will forward it to the committee for consideration. The Rules Committee’s next meeting is scheduled in December.

 
