Perhaps the data was retrieve by an A.I from someone who is just curious, and might be mistaken, or might just be struggling to survive and only sees negative aspect of bias land reform rather than the positive ones. Perhaps the bottom line is: redistribute the lands just for eating oriented mind set so that hungry and jobless people would not disturb leaders of not providing them enough good job; its emphasis is tilted for socialism, classless society or perhaps good Samaritan oriented mind set but where people are not really handy capped but no one would give them other alternative work or business vs. let machines, automation, few men, or association, or corporation, collective owners represented by few good managers to farm, manage large track of land for business oriented mind set as an alternative for the hard task and tedious task and let the
excess people have higher standard of living and work in smart urban places. Perhaps a hand tractor could be automated by just using available technologies in toys and no need to invent. There are now: web cam as technology like a) the eyes. There are now electric motors with gears, electromagnetism, hydraulics, as technology to create push and pull like b) muscle- to lift, to turn, to twist, to grip, etc. There are now relays as small switch to switch big volume, big current, large force; switches done through radio, switches done through time scheduling as technology to trigger points like c) nerves. There is now computer chip that could be reprogrammed to turn off & on as code or sequence and to switch on and off another code and so on to have a system or software that could decide which to
switch on or off as programmed to perform specific task like d) the brain. There is now remotely control as technology for giving instruction in long distance like e) telepathy. If a) to e) technology is already a technology in toys and published in books, and they are already available then pass law that grade VI students should focus and master technology like a) eyes, then first year high school should focus and master technology like b) muscle, and so on up to college level. And when a person graduates… he could create many things that could be automated from available technology. For specifics like a) eyes or camera: Example project to let the eyes or camera see an object from room1 to room2 and switch on a small pen light if someone enters the room and this project should challenge grade six student to learn. Perhaps: Borrow two second hand Cell phone with same brand. Perhaps each cell phone with camera is attached to an adaptor which researcher should research; or reinvent their cell phone with camera and with built-in adaptor in its next generation that when an extension wires are attached or plug in to the adaptor or to the cell phone and to a bulb; or from a cell phone camera2 of room2. And if cell phone with camera1 traced something that moves in room1 the bulb would light. If pass into law these technology could revolutionize as like the eyes of any simple automation. There would evolve chain of uses from these technologies. Perhaps different cell phone with camera would compete that the smart eyes could even be sensitive to color, to depth or height, to distance, etc. Then for the b) muscle: perhaps three types on how to lift a kilo book through i) electric motor through series of cable and pulleys, ii) joints and hinges using hydraulics perhaps using motor oil as fluids in tubes; and pumps, etc. iii) using electromagnet to pull something, iv) using electric motor to turn clockwise and counter clockwise something. Then for nerves c) and brain d) computer chip from Christmas light that several interconnection of wires to light bulb yellow after 1 minute, to light bulb red after 30 seconds, to light bulb blue and green simultaneous after 3 seconds. For d) brain alone: researchers should market smart computer chips with cell phone technology and with encasement that several wires with specific task that could be installed like female small plug or sockets relays for: the smart eyes, for smart left & right hands, for smart three fingers for left and three fingers for right, for smart left foot and right foot and two spare for any smart robotics called smart brain. Perhaps 15 small sockets or holes so that ordinary people could just plug those necessary wires. And there should be key buttons to encode data for some reprogramming for specific mode and scheduling, etc. Or perhaps the smart brain is wire less because example the smart eyes have wireless technology to receive signals from the smart brain; or vice versa… and so on. So for example an owner with a stationery water pump could now be operated from internet or cell phone; and people’s tendency to cheat the owner could be minimized. So the cheater operator in the farm could not just fabricate report of the rentals and use of the water pump because the switching and scheduling and recording could now be available and could be installed because of smart brain. Perhaps the hand tractor could be robotized because of the smart brain, smart eye, smart hand and smart finger, and smart feet. Perhaps because of smart ear that could let a specific sound turn on a switch and could minimize the use of nerves or interconnection of wires; then robotics could be easy. Or smart sensor sensitive to colors could still further minimize the use of nerves or wire like when the sensor receives color blue and instruct to switch when blue color is receive, and so on. Or a smart sensor for different radio wave could switch different relays or switches; needs to have wires or nerves could be lessen or avoided. Perhaps pass a law that 1st year engineering student should master smart ear, and so on. Perhaps when the student graduates 4th year engineering course a hand
tractor using less wire or instead smart ear sensor, smart radio wave could let robotize a hand tractor. If a hand tractor could be robotized by some engineering graduate then perhaps any equipment could be robotized by simple assemble and attachment of different available marketable smart sensors and smart receivers. Perhaps irrigation management could be run by smart sensors and smart scheduler. Perhaps this research whose focus is to automate farm management or small thing first than the big then it would result to a chain of reaction where almost all machine could be robotize cheaply and ordinarily. Perhaps those businessmen with problem on collecting rentals could be automated because of the smart brain using smart door lock that is usable only if the rents are paid thru pre paid or through e-load payment or cash payment through cell phone in advance; or with tolerance for lapses of rent say one month delay only. Pass a law that almost all or most transactions should be pre-paid and pretaxed. I already saw computer key board that is wire less. So wireless technology is already available but engineers should still research more so more adaptor, sensors, receivers, etc. could be mass produced as standard like TVs to watch movie, Ref to freeze fresh things, smart camera to become security guard, etc. The keys are the smart brain, smart eyes, smart ear, smart finger, and smart hand. And if high school student, college engineering could be sensitive to make these complicated things become simple to assemble so that hard work could be automated… perhaps it is a blessings. And people will now concentrate to work in things or places that automation could not penetrate like Multi leveling marketing, insurance, raffles, games, sports, health, cleanliness, orderliness, beautification, calmness, spiritual needs, etc.; and even jobless people displaced from farm could claim for dividends if they have stocks created from title redistributed for them as beneficiaries if former land owners waive the claims. Then the action is a counter balancing measure to jobs taken over by automation. It is as if foods are there already very cheap done by automation, so man should do other jobs not related to food rather on any other things that automation could not penetrate with high pay to consume more.
