Story by Thomas Ivory

Skisnowboard.com wrote, “Rendezvous Mountain has some of the steepest in-bounds terrain around and the adjacent mountains and lower elevations are gentler.” So no matter your skiing ability, Jackson Hole is an alternative to the average Colorado mountain. Teton Village, at the base of the mountain, has grown to be a comfortable home. With many local breweries, bars and saloons like the Snake River Brewery Company, Teton Village offers many unique places for entertainment. Lodging varies from cheap slope-side lodging at the Hostel X at $60 to $70 a night, to more luxurious mountain retreats and condos.
