Synthesis of Review The similarities of the gathered review are the objectives of developing it in which to be able to evaluate staffs and faculties in the chosen institution. There are similarities like the system can edit delete update and save information. The study is also capable in sending true information to the community. The system also can view the information to the admin about the performance that is being evaluated.The project study is related to the performance appraisal system in which evaluating performance based on the judgements and opinions of subordinates, peers, supervisors, other managers and even workers themselves. There are also differences of the system to the gathered previous studies. Some of these differences include the feedback in which some of the previous studies can able to give feedback of the result of evaluation. One of the differences of the previous system include the showing of the evaluation result because some existing systems, did not show the result of the evaluation whereas the current proposed system of proponents can be able to give the performance evaluation result. The uniqueness of the system is only the chosen head of the institution can receive the information. The difference of the system to the existing systems is its uniqueness in terms of the feature of the system.
