2.1.15.8 The warranties by the Tenderer shall remain in force and applicable for one (1) year commencing from the date of issuance of the Provisional Acceptance Certificate by the Ministry of Education. Warranty inclusive parts and services covers all the proposed equipment and integral software configuration. After expiry of the warranty period, the Tenderer shall provide the maintenance services chargeable in respect of the equipment for a period of four (4) years.

2.1.15.9 A quarterly preventive maintenance shall be performed at the customer’s site within the period of the maintenance contract. This service shall cover the checking and testing of all the equipment and integral software configuration covered by the maintenance contract. 2.1.15.10The Tenderer shall have the technical and logistic capability to maintain all the equipment and integral software configuration supplied. 2.1.15.11The Tenderer shall have trained personnel to cover all sites within the period of the maintenance contract.
