Job Description – Procurement of vegetables- according to seasons (Winter>Rainy>Summer). – Manage the stock or inventory (Rainy>=Summer>winter). – Ingredients required for the kitchen and office. – Frequencies of inventory turn over (summer=rainy>winter) cost that has to be taken care off. – The event organized then the transport and other utilities. (Tent, chairs, DJ etc).
