Job Description – Procurement of vegetables- according to seasons (Winter>Rainy>Summer). – Manage the stock or inventory (Rainy>=Summer>winter). – Ingredients required for the kitchen and office. – Frequencies of inventory turn over (summer=rainy>winter) cost that has to be taken care off. – The event organized then the transport and other utilities. (Tent, chairs, DJ etc).



Targets – No of vehicles to be increased for transportation by summer season according to number of customers. – Updates in inventory management by rainy season. – Collaborating with various firms for quick and efficient delivery mechanism till end of year. – Automation of the sales and order process between collaborators by end of year.

Marketing Start Up Phase- A mix of marketing vehicles will be created to convey our presence, our image, and our message.  Print media -- local newspapers, pamphlets.  Broadcast media -- local FM channels.  Miscellaneous -- Yellow pages, Promotional stalls in events.

Operations Department Targets:  Depending on the volume of customers, assessment of kitchen equipment requirements, dining requirements like tables, chairs and required kitchenware will be carried out.  Renewal of licenses as per the timeframe.

HR Department Job Description  Recruitment of staff  Managing shift duties (waiters, chefs, Security people)  Welfare of employees (mediclaim, appraisal, leave approval)  Feedback forms  Loyalty programmes  Renewal of licenses as per the timeframe.

HR Department Targets:  Targets for Winter Season.  Training of the employees - Rules, regulations, timings and policies of the restaurant. - Etiquettes needed to be followed. - Employee Welfare Programme

 Targets for Summer and Monsoons will vary according to the number of customers that visit the restaurant.

Maintenance Job Description: •

IT automation facility to be checked regularly to remove any discrepancies that may arise daily.



Utensils, Furniture, lightening arrangement etc to be taken care off.



Sound, lightening etc to be maintained properly during all seasons.



Electricity usages and water, internet for website, garbage disposal at the end of each day.



Maintenance of log book.



Cleaning up of all tables, clothes etc.

Maintenance Targets: Summer: •

The development would be done by expanding, sheds establishment, repairing, paints etc.



AC’s, fans etc to be maintained and managed due to cost and requirement.

Rainy season: •

Tthe problems that may arise due to water seepage, transport etc.

Winter: •

Heating mechanism for food and ambience.



Garden facility that would be provided during events and banquet facilities in future.
