Date

10 June, 2009

Location Hong Kong

DDB in Hong Kong has announced the expansion of its business with Vitasoy International Holdings, having recently been asked to manage both the Vitasoy and Vita Sansui brands. DDB now handles six accounts within the Vitasoy Company, including Vita Water, Vita Juice, Vita Chrysanthemum Tea and Tsing Sum Tsan. Lana Chiu, Senior Marketing Consultant, Vitasoy International Holdings said, “Like all well-established brands, Vitasoy continues to evolve.” “In our long-standing partnership with DDB, they have continued to provide us with insights and creative solutions which demonstrate an understanding of our audience, and a sense of where the brand and the overall business are heading. We have been very impressed with their offering so far; which is why we decided to give them two new pieces of business.” Established more than 68 years ago, Vitasoy is one of the most loved and recognized brands in Hong Kong. DDB will be handling the television, print, outdoor, digital and instore brand communications for Vitasoy; as well as Vita Sansui, its tofu and fresh soy milk brand. DDB also looks after Vita Water, Tsing Sum Zhan, Vita Juice and Vita‟s Chrysanthemum Tea. “There is no greater compliment than to be handed additional business by a current client. It‟s a clear indicator that Vitasoy not only believes in us creatively, but also that we‟ve had a positive impact on their business,” said Richard Thomas, President and CEO of DDB Hong Kong & Guangzhou.
