Collection and authentication of plant material. Separation of leave from the plant material (Ocimum Tenuiflorum) Drying and powdered of leaves. Extraction of leaves with suitable solvents. Evaporation of solvents and collection of extract. Phytochemical screening of extract. Pharmacological activity.
