6:45 AM 6/2/05o 7:33 AM 6/2/ 05 I have been over to Ruthann's And I took her tractor out and I pushed it to the tot of the driveway ,where the Eros n could get to it . 8:30 AM 6/2/05 Waiting for the service man from Sears , to come and fix Ruthann's lawnmower . 9:18 AM 6/2/05 I have been working in the shop & on the "ROCK" OH NO I tried to work on the concrete"IT'S" too WET" 10:42 AM 6/2/05 The service man came ,He put the clutch on the mower ,it took about or Alltel over 1 hour . 11:45 AM 6/2/05 JUST got in I worked on the computer for A while ,I think that I (NAY-HAVE) fixed it. It is slow so I half to wait on it. 11:47 AM 6/2/05 LUNCH "I WISH" I HAD SOMETHING TO EATE!!!! 12:28 PM 6/2/05 well my lunch hour ids over so I think that I will try to 1:34 PM 6/2/05 I have been weed in back of old garage & out behind the barn by the field . 2:52 PM 6/4/053 3:30 PM 6/4/05 I have been working over at Ruthann's on the flower bed . I ask her ,or said to her that I was going to move the "TRELLACE OUT of the way till I get done . "OH" HELL ??? SHE SAID "NO" I DON’T WANT IT MOVED !!!!"so" I DID NOT MOVE IT ! it WAS A REAL JOB ,with THIS big WHEEL IN THE WAY ,,I WAS HAVING , a HOLE LOT OF TROUBLE GETTING THE ROOTS OUT ."when" "I" LOOK UP AND SEE MISS Ruthann LAUGHING !!!! .I WENT OVER AND SAT DOWN AND, "CALMLEY"----,THE FACT THAT "I" WAS SO CALM made her even "MORE"furious!!!---- SAID to her ,why do "U", want to make my job harder -------------------------(ATTENTION)---------------------------__________________ "I" CALLED THE HOTLINE ! _____________________ Ruthann told me that I had TILL THE 12.TH of JUNE, TO fish working ON THE Flower bed. THEN she told me that I had till the 12th to Finnish working on the flower bed , I ask her what was going to happen on the 12th, then she told me that, or started to tell total me that it "WILL" be a surpass ,and she suggested that she had put things in Brenda Hoffman's name. I got the tire at Bob Hills. When I went to the bank to get $ for bills. I received notice from my phone, that I had missed A call , it was Lyle . When I talked to him . He told me that he had been calling the A. G. office. He also told me that he had called the sheriffs office ,and spoke to ________ about the problems that I have been having with my sis . On my arrival “HOME”, I said to myself ,I think that I should show my good side, to my dear ol “SIS” ,and get her mail for her. ************************************************************************************** **************************************** “OOH” “FREKIN” ”SHIT” ***************** ************************************************************************************** **************************** **** I stopped to give Ruthann her mail, when I got there she told me that she was ready & going to go to the Post office , and then to the store. She implied (OR) had gave me the impression that she “WAS” going by herself ! “AS” she has often done on numerous occasions , she will say things that (IN THE WAY) she says them there is several different meanings to what she says ,the only thing different to the two statement’s is the order that the word’s are arranged!!!! ************* (“EXAMPLE”)****************************** This conversation “IS being recorded!!! “IS” this conversation being recorded????? ################TWO DIFFERENT STATEMENTS ############## THE SAME WORDS!!!!!!

At that time I went home to change clothe. 6/7/05 3:08 PM I WENT back over to Ruthann’s to see if I could “ HELP HER” get things at the store . I had only been there for A few minuets ,when we started to leave ,she proceeded to tell me that ,“TAMMY”, the person who lives in the log home , had to go to the hospital in Columbia . she also “TOLD” me that “SHE WAS” , Tammy , going to take her to court. She IMPLIED that it was my fault !!!!! **** when in fact that it was “ACTUALLY” her fault . *************** At the time I was working on TAMMY deck ,Ruthann insisted that I need to do something else that, she thought was more important ,at the time . When she stops me, in the middle of things , it is hard for me to get back to what I was doing . And most of the times ,by the time that I get “ORGANIZED” and I am ready to return to what I was doing ,she has something, ELSE, that is of ,“LIFE THREATENING” ,importance for me to do!!!!!!! 6/7/05 3:25 PM I had went to my house ,I was starting to write on my computer ,when I seen Tammy pull in her drive way, I proceeded to go right over to Tammy. as I went by Ruthann’s driveway , Ruthann was just getting to her car. I walked right by, without saying A word. I went right to Tammy ,and I told her “EXACTLY” what Ruthann had said. BECAUSE ,Tammy and I had talked about this the day before. Tammy told me that she was worried that Ruthann had said something to me. She had told me that she in fact hurt her leg and that she did not say to Ruthann that she “WAS” or THAT she even was thinking about taking her to court . Tammy and I spoke about Ruthann, and that she had just told me that Ruthann had just told me that to get me upset . Tammy TOLD me that (IF ASK) she would tell whoever ask that she had seen me get, HIT IN THE HEAD by Ruthann with her cane .She said that she could not see why I stayed around ,and helped her. Thursday, June 09, 2005 11:45 AM I received A call from Ruthann , I did not get to the phone in time to answer it .**** I must of left it unplugged last night!**** Ruthann had mentioned , last night, that she had to go to Columbia, to get A - c.d.- that she had won over the phone . She plays these games that are on the radio, where she calles in to answer A question and wins A C.D.!
