START STATE Port Facilities are operating at Security Level 1.

EXERCISE INJECT 1 Security personnel on duty sighted a suspicious person hanging around outside the facility. He was communicating by hand phone and believed to be taking photographs of the entry point and behaving suspiciously. His appearance seems to be a stranger. 2

EXERCISE INJECT 2 At the main access point a white Proton Wira fully tinted claimed to be from Marine Engineering Company to attend urgent defect on board MV XXX. The vehicle request to enter the facility.

EXERCISE INJECT 3 Port Area Security Officer received intelligence information and informed port facility of a threat of bomb attack by a terrorist targeted against MV XXX.

EXERCISE INJECT 4 Security personnel on duty conducting patrol found the perimeter fencing of the facility was damaged. On closer inspection found that the size of the hole can be penetrated by a human.

EXERCISE INJECT 5 Designated Authority declares Security Level 2.

EXERCISE INJECT 6 Facility security personnel on duty received a phone call from an unknown male caller threatening that an explosion will happen in the Port Facility.

EXERCISE INJECT 7 Suspicious object discovered in the engine room of MV XXX.
