The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced a comprehensive new food guidance system called “MyPyramid”. The new symbol and interactive food guidance system are the result of a broad–based effort to determine the best way to present the most current nutritional science and encourage Americans to make healthier food choices. The MyPyramid symbol, supporting information, and interactive tools are available online at www.MyPyramid.gov. 6th Grade Camp Talent Show Fund–raiser The Class of 2016 is sponsoring a Talent Show on Friday, May 1, at 6 p.m. in the CMUE Cafetorium to raise funds for 6th Grade Camp. We are currently looking for acts to perform. If you are interested in participating, sign up sheets are available in the office or you may contact Jeni Williams at (616) 835–7777. The deadline for signing up is April 28. We hope that you come out and show your support for your fellow students. Admission to watch the talent show is $2 for adults and $1 for students/children. Local church sponsoring Harvest Gleaners Truck Sheridan Congregational Church will sponsor a Second Harvest Gleaners Truck Free Food Giveaway on Saturday, April 25, at 2 p.m. The location will be 113 S.
