Space Application for the USA Confectionery Pavilion @ ISM 2010 January 31 – February 3, 2010 Requirements: We are applying for exhibit space in the USA Confectionery Pavilion at ISM 2010, Cologne, Germany. NCA works in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to promote U.S. products overseas and fund the USA Confectionery Pavilion. USDA has modified its trade show requirements for an exhibitors display to include a minimum of 51% U.S. origin products to be eligible for inclusion in the USA Pavilion, which supersedes the previous 100% U.S. origin requirement for participation. Thus, 51% of your product MUST have at least 50% of ingredients produced in the United States. NEW! NCA is offering the opportunity for exhibitors to participate in FOOD SHOW PLUS! Details are included within the application packet. Booth Space: Booth spaces are 3 x 4 meters include hard wall construction, furnishings, lighting and other services. Please see the second page of this Application for additional details. Booth Cost: 3 x 4 Meters (12m sq.): 3 x 4 Meters (12m sq.):

*Once again, due to the current unfavorable imbalance of the U.S. Dollar vs. the Euro, NCA must institute a currency exchange surcharge. Based on current exchange rates ($1.38 to One Euro), there will be a $1,090 per 12m2 booth surcharge for exhibitors. If the exchange rate moves beyond the range of $1.35 - $1.41 per Euro on December 31, 2009 there will be an adjustment in the surcharge.
