It is agreed that the District of Columbia Public Library will not be responsible in any manner to the exhibitor or the owner of the items, or fixtures described in the exhibition, in case of theft, destruction, or injury thereto from any cause. It is also agreed that the exhibitor, or owner, or both named heron will adhere to the above-specified dates for installation in and removal from the Library building. If final reconfirmation of intent to exhibit is not received within six weeks prior to hanging date, I understand that the Library has the right to cancel the exhibition. It is agreed that the number of items, including frames and mountings, which may be exhibited in a given space and the arrangement thereof will conform to all requirements as may prescribed by the Library officials. It is agreed that the exhibitor is responsible for transporting the art works to the Library, for planning and hanging the exhibit and for providing all materials and tools needed for the hanging. In making and signing this application I (we) agree to observe and comply with all conditions, requirements and obligations contained in this application and on the attached sheet of regulations.
