Eco Committee Meeting Minutes – 3/9/09 Present:

Introductory meeting going over the information passed on

It was decided that each member be given individual time to read over the information passed on and meet again once we were all familiar with it with ideas on how to progress

•

Grant to have information from 3/9 to 8/9

•

Natasha to have information from 8/9 to 11/9

•

Linda to have information from 11/9 to 16/9

•

Next meeting date set for 16th september to discuss ideas

•

Meeting with eco-committee to be set for the w/c 21st september to include children in decision making and progressing things
