An Ordinance Amending The Revised Ordinances Of The Township Of Ewing Establishing Contractor Responsibility Requirements For Township Construction Projects That Exceed $150,000 E. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. H. NEW BUSINESS 1. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DONATION, RECYCLING OR DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY OF NOMINAL VALUE. 2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS TO PURCHASE LEAD TESTING EQUIPMENT TOGETHER WITH TRAINING. 3. A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EWING APPROVING AND CONSENTING TO THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $9,000,000 OF OBLIGATIONS BY THE EWINGLAWRENCE SEWERAGE AUTHORITY THROUGH THE 2009 NEW JERSEY ENVIRONMENTAL INFRASTRUCTURE TRUST FINANCING PROGRAM.
