Meeting Objectives The goals of this meeting are to facilitate the exchange of ideas, concepts, and new updates in the field of Neuroradiology. At the conclusion of this meeting, participants will be able to: Assess the latest developments in interventional neuroradiology, diagnostic imaging of the spine, brain, head and neck and peripheral, nervous system in both children and adults.

Letter from the Program Chair Dear Colleagues: The Annual Meeting of the Southeastern Neuroradiological Society will be held October 2325, 2008 at The Mansion on Forsyth Park in Savannah, GA. This boutique hotel is a chic, luxurious and inspiring hotel that respects Savannah’s history of architecture, art, music, cuisine and hospitality. Educational sessions will feature a variety of lectures and conferences by experienced SENRS neuroradiologists. The anticipated agenda includes State of the Art Lectures in selected brain, head and neck, and spine topics. Modalities discussed will include MRI fractional anisotropy, diffusion tensor imaging, and perfusion MRI techniques, as well as novel applications of conventional MRI. We plan on sessions with both a diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology flavor. We are fortunate to have a host of interventional topics which will interest all neuroradiologists. Techniques for endovascular management of cerebral aneurysms will be discussed along with various spine intervention topics. Complications following certain spine intervention procedures and techniques for approaching challenging lumbar puncture cases will also be discussed. New to the program this year will be unknown case reviews of Brain, Spine, and Head and Neck manifestations of neurologic disease. The acclaimed "Stump the SENRS Stars" session will challenge the expertise of teams of Neuroradiologists competing for the annual "Caput Astrum Award". This educational and informative session has rapidly become one of the more popular sessions of the meeting. This year's SENRS meeting follows the Society's tradition of gathering in an elegant, charming facility combined with a superb continuing medical educational program, festive evening dinners and socializing with our friends and families.
