Letter from the Program Chair Dear Colleague: The Annual Meeting of the Southeastern Neuroradiological Society will be held October 2527, 2007 at The Westin at Our Lucaya, Freeport, Grand Bahamas. This magnificent resort is situated on 372 acres, featuring one of the Bahamas’ most luxurious beaches. Our scientific program will feature a variety of lectures and presentations by experienced SENRS neuroradiologists. The agenda includes selected brain, head and neck, and spine topics covering a variety of neoplastic, infectious/inflammatory, and degenerative conditions as well as trauma. Modalities discussed will include MRA, fMRI, and Neuro PET. We will have sessions with both diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology topics. We are fortunate to have several interventional presentations which we believe will be of interest and benefit to all attendees. Techniques for endovascular management of cerebral aneurysms, CCF’s, and spinal AVM’s will be discussed along with various spine intervention topics. The program also features presentation and discussion of interesting cases covering common and uncommon manifestations of neurologic disease. The acclaimed "Stump the SENRS Stars" event concludes our first day’s scientific program and will challenge the expertise of the teams of neuroradiologist who will be competing for the annual “Caput Astrum Award.” This educational, informative and fun competition has rapidly become one of the more anticipated and popular sessions of our meeting. This year's SENRS meeting follows the Society's tradition of gathering in an elegant, charming facility combined with a excellent continuing medical educational program., Our evening social events will allow time for interactions among old friends, mentors, fellows and their families. We are anticipating an excellent meeting in a superb tropical setting. We look forward to your attendance and participation. Richard Foster Program Chair
