INTRODUCTION BACKGROUND ORGANIZATION CHART SUMMARY OF DUTIES WORKING EXPERIENCE CONCLUSION REFERENCES

INTRODUCTION The internet of Things is the network of physical objects or things embedded with electronics , software , sensor and network connectivity which enables these objects to collect and exchange data.

BACKGROUND OF COMPANY • Nihon communication solutions pvt.ltd, (NCS) is incorporated in 2006. • To focus on IT solutions for the Japanese customers.

TOTAL COMMITMENT TO PRODUCTS

ORGANIZATION CHART

SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Week 1 (16th July – 21st July): • First day I met HR of the company. After that I was put under the supervision of Mr. Akshay, Team leader . • I have been briefed about the Internet of things which is currently being applied

and developed in the NCS Company.

IOT Why IoT Matters • When some device is connected to the internet, that means that it can send information or receive information, or both. • This ability to send and receive information makes things smart.

HOW IOT WORKS • An IoT system consists of sensors/devices which connects to the cloud through some kind of connectivity. • Once the data gets to the cloud, software processes it.

• Action, such as sending an alert or automatically adjusting the sensors/devices without the need for the user.

CONTINUED Week 2 (23rd July – 28th July): • • • •

I was put under the guidance of Ms. Nischitha. I was learnt about some hardware and software tools. I have used controller device, sensor. In controller i have learnt about DHT11 sensor

DHT11 SENSOR DHT11 sensor • DHT11 sensor gives humidity and temperature data. It has got following pin interface. • its accurate , stable and its signal output is digital.

CONTINUED Week 3 (30th July – 04th August): • I studied detailed working of Soil moisture sensor under Guidance of Mr.Vishnuprasadh. • He taught us how to built code and connections.

SOIL MOISTURE SENSOR Collecting and Sending Information • These sensors, along with a connection, allow us to automatically collect information from the environment which, in turn, allows us to make more intelligent decisions.

(Soil moisture sensor)

CONTINUED Week 4 (06th August – 13th August): • I studied detailed working of PIR sensor under Guidance of Mr. Vishnuprasadh. • I was designed some circuits by using PIR sensor , checks and corrects the outputs.

PIR SENSOR • A passive infrared sensor (PIR sensor) is an electronic sensor. • It measures infrared light radiating from objects in its field of view. • PIR sensor is used for detecting infrared heat radiations.

CIRCUIT OF PIR SENSOR

PROBLEM FACED • Writing code for IOT . • Writing the code for interfacing the sensors.

PROBLEM SOLUTIONS  From Google I get to know about hardware and its working.  Mr. Akshay (Guide) assist me to write a coding part and hardware connections.

CONCLUSION • The IoT uses a variety of information sensing device and information processing equipment's • They are combination with internet to form an extensive network to intelligentize the objects.
