Compensation package Rs. 2.80 lac p.a. on CTC (Bank) of which 70% will be fixed pay and 30% will be variable pay. Role : Identifying and targeting Opportunity : Marketing and lead generation, identifying product needs. Continuous business building : Continuous village visits and relationships with customers, build robust information database, support MRO to get high-value accounts & interact with the CPC for processing of the proposal sourced, serve as Relationship Manager to HNI customers. Lending and recovery process : Pre-sanction survey, application filling, papers / documents verifications, parking of loan in nearest Branch (other than G.S.S.), recommendations to BM for loan sanction, loan monitoring, follow up & its recovery. Compensation package : Rs. 3.50 lac p.a. on CTC (Bank), of which 70% will be fixed pay and 30% will be variable pay. Role: Marketing of SBI Agro-Products, pre-loan sanction, evaluation and recommendation, loan follow-up, monitoring and recovery. • Surveying the area on ½ yearly basis to assess the potential of the activities in their area of specialization & giving leads to operating functionaries. • Preparing area development schemes/ models schemes using techno-economic evaluation & processing high value proposals. • Organize seminar / workshop for farmers for awareness of new technology. • Guiding TOs (FS) & OMRs in technical & Marketing areas & co-ordinating the activities of TOs(Fs) in the circle. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS 1. Nature of appointment: a) all the above appointments would be purely of contractual nature terminable on one month’s notice or one month’s proportionate amount of compensation in lieu of notice during 1st year of contract and 3 months notice or three months proportionate amount of compensation in lieu of notice after 1 year by either side i.e. Bank or the appointee. Initially, the contract would be of 2 years duration subject to renewal for further period at the discretion of the Bank. b) The contract appointee would have no right to get permanently absorbed in the Bank. Written Test:- The written test will consist of two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II, to be held on the same day in the same centre). Paper-I will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions, with provision of negative marking for wrong answers, on General Awareness, English, Logical Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and/or knowledge of the discipline/ trade. The Paper-I shall be of 1.5 hours duration. Paper-II will consist of subjective type questions on Paragraph Writing, Comprehension, Essay and questions on Science & Technology matter, in English Medium to judge the candidate’s comprehension skills & test of English language. The Paper-II shall be of 1.5 hours duration. Candidates who qualify in Paper-I and rank high on the merit list within the zone of consideration, as decided by the DMRC, will only be evaluated for Paper-II. Successful candidates based on the Written Test (Both Paper-I & PaperII put together) shall be called for Psycho Test/Group Discussion/Personal Interview, at Delhi. The candidates (for all category of posts) to be called for Psycho Test/Group Discussion/Personal interview and Medical examination at Delhi shall be paid to & fro sleeper class Railway fare once for journey by the shortest route between Railway Station nearest to hometown & Delhi. No reimbursement shall be made to the candidates appearing for the written examination. Character & Antecedents:- The success in the examination does not confer any right to appointment unless the corporation is satisfied after such an inquiry, as may be considered necessary, that the candidate having regard to his/her character and antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service. Surety Bond:- Direct Recruits for Executive posts will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- & Cost of training (apprx.Rs.43,000/- plus actual cost of training at other institutes) to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation. The candidates selected for posts of Sr.System Analysts, Station Controllers/Train Operator and Jr.Engineers, on direct recruitment will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 50,000/- & Cost of training (apprx.Rs.22,000/- plus actual cost of training at other institutes) to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation. The candidates selected for posts of Office Assistants, on direct recruitment will have to execute a surety bond of Rs. 40,000/- & Cost of training (apprx.Rs.15,000/- plus actual cost of training at other institutes) to serve the corporation for a minimum period of three years and also a three months prior notice, will be required before seeking resignation from the corporation. Training & Probation:- The selected candidates on appointment will be on Probation for a period of two years (including period of training), where they will undergo intensive training for prescribed duration. The Corporation has the right to enhance or reduce the training period at its discretion for any or all the trainees. During the probation period the candidates shall be required to pass various examinations. The service of the candidate during probation period can be terminated by the corporation if the performance of candidate is found to be unsatisfactory, in accordance with the terms & conditions of offer of appointment. Pay & Emoluments:- The pay & emoluments for direct recruits shall be as per pay scales under the IDA (Industrial DA) pattern, plus DP, Dearness Allowance as applicable from time to time and other benefits which include CCA, HRA, Medical benefit, EPF, Gratuity, and Insurance etc. as per extant rules of the Corporation. Existing DMRC employees who have completed at least 3 years continuous service in DMRC as on 1.1.2009, will be given age relaxation to the extent of 3 years as on the date of reckoning of age limit for the post codes 02,03,04,05,06,07 & 08 i.e. 1.1.2009. l There will be no age bar for the posts of Jr.Executive/Legal for existing DMRC employees. Medical Standards: • Medical examination will be conducted by authorised military doctors as per medical standard prescribed in current regulations applicable to sailors on entry. • Minimum height 157 cms. The initial engagement is of 20 years. SELECTION PROCEDURE • The application format is given at the end of this advertisement. The selection procedure is as follows: • Application will be received only through ORDINARY POST. Application received through speed post/ registered post or couriers will be rejected. • Short-listing criteria will be on higher education and percentage of marks. • Call up letters for eligible short listed candidates will be posted, indicating date, time and place for recruitment tests, which are scheduled during September to October 2009. The following posts are to be filled up on contractual basis through Walk in Interview by the District Watershed Mission, Nuapada. The interested candidates satisfying the minimum required qualification may attend the suitable category of post for engagement as Watershed Development Team (WDT) member on contractual basis for a period of one year under the PIA in different schemes in Nuapada district with a consolidated remuneration of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) & traveling allowances Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) per month under the following terms and conditions. The candidates should be within the age group of 21 to 45 years of age as on the date of Advertisement. CATEGORY OF W.D.T.

Desirable :1.Computer Literate/ Field experience in NRM/Watershed/Rural Development Project and programmes. 2.Preference will be given to the Home District candidates if found suitable. 3.The candidates must be prepared to stay and work in rural areas and should know cycling / Motor cycling. Terms & Conditions :1.The engagement is purely termporary and can be disengaged at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof. 2. Engagement will be made by PIA of different Watershed Development Projects. 3. The candidates should register their name along with duly filled prescribed application form within 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM on 30.6.2009 to appear the interview.
