ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF WHAT THE STUDENT LEARNED, ACHIEVEMENTS, ISSUES FACED AND CORRESPONDING RESOLUTIONSWEEKLY

In my first week at Accountong Office, I learned that you must be attentive on what you are doing for you to finish it properly nad correctly. Laziness is really not allowed in this station because the staffs there were so busy in their work. So, you must do the same thing. Approached them on what work you must do to lessen their work. I can say that, checking reports are my achievements while having my immersion days because this work is not that easy. You have to be more careful in checking, however, big amount of money is involved there. I have struggles while checking the reports on how they come up to the given amount when to think that it does not correponds to the given receipt. I also have an issue about the writer’s penmanship that’s why I calculate the given amount if its really fit to the total amount. I asked questions to Ma’am Aning if there are data that I don’t uderstand. I somewhat afraid in approaching the staffs on what else can we do because there’s in me that we may be disturbed them on what they are doing and then I’m ashamed to them. But then again, I put to my mind that I can do nothing if I don’t try it. So, what I did is, I approached them and remained positive on what may be the outcome in approaching them. In my second week at Accounting Office,I learned that you need to be more focus on what you do even if the work is just the same because I believe that too much confidence in your work might be the reason in dragginmg you down. I also learned that being friendly to your boss is quite the best feeling you’ve ever felt because it’s one of your challenge for you to be more motivated and inspired in doing your work without any hesitancy in doing it. I consider my work in checking the papers, arranged the receipts and cutting papers as my achievements because after doing it, I felt happy even if its tiring however, I was abled to finish and do it correctly at the time given and also I formerly help the staffs in lessening their work. In my second week at Accounting Office I still experienced the struggles in checking the reports most especially if I missed to see the receipts however, there were many instances that the given receipts were separated to each orher. So what I did is I add the separated receipt to come up the total amount. I had the feeling that I am still ashamed to the other staffs in Accounting Office except to the staffs that I am comfortable with, in a sense that I can still count the words that I had spoken if they asked me, so I just smile for them not to think that I am an impolite person.

Day 1. On my day one, we go directly to Plaza Alemania. We arrived there early that's why we waited our adviser until he came. After a little bit of waiting, our adviser Sir Jan Michael Remolado came and led us to enter the hotel. Then there, Sir Remolado told us to just wait to our boss, until one of the staff came named Sir Vincent. So what our adviser did, he asked Sir Vincent on where we are going to be assigned. So Sir Vincent told him to just wait a little bit. While waiting, Sir Remolado asked Sir Vincent if he can handle us because he needs to go to check our co-immersion in their different stations. Then, Sir Vincent said yes while nodding. Sir Remolado immediately go to the exit way, but before he left, he assured us that, whatever may happened, we just call him right away. After minutes, other staff came and then Sir Vincent asked the staff on where the specific place we are going to put. So, the staff asked Sir Vincent on what course we're taking up. So, he said that we are taking up General Academic Strand which is in line with Accounting. So the staff called someone, and then after, he told Sir Vincent that we will be assigned at the main office of Accounting which is in Camague. So my coimmersion Diana Jane Nopal immediately called Sir Remolado on what happened and then he said that he will go there after he finished accompanying to our co-immersion. And then, other staff again named Ma’am Juliet goes with us in going to Camague until we arrives the place. Ma'am Juliet leaved us to Sir Glenn which is the head of Accounting Office. Sir Glenn asked us some questions and introduced us to his staffs. Ma'am Aning one of the staff there, approached us while giving some details on the kind of work they have. She gave us some paperwork’s with instructions on how to do it until 5 pm. We also cleaned the station after leaving the place.

Day 2. On my day 2, we arrives the station early without any staffs. So what we did is, we waited outside until one of the staff came. As we enter the office, we go directly to the place where we can see the broom and then sweep the floor. Until all of the staffs came and gave us paperwork’s to check and calculates like what we did in day 1. At the afternoon we're still checked the reports until break time came. So we pause for a moment and continue on what we are doing. Then time to go home.

Day 3. On my day 3, we arrived early without any staffs. So we waited outside until all of them came. We enter the office and cleaned the station. After cleaning, we waited Ma'am Aning in giving us reports but she did not. So what we did is, we approached her on what we are going to do to lessen their work. Then, she asked her co-workers if they have reports that weren’t checked by them. So, they gave us reports and then we did it. We checked it until 3 pm. After, Ma'am Hannah gave us papers that need to be cut. We cut the papers until 5 pm. Then time to go home.

Day 4. All the things we did since day 1 until now were just the same. We just checked the papers and approached Ma'am Aning if they have unfinished work. This day was the most tiring day ever because they have lot of unchecked reports that were given to us. We finished checking the reports until 5 pm. Then time to go home.

Day 5. On my day 5, we arrived again early in the morning at the station and as always there's no staffs in the office. So we waited there until they came. After, we enter the office and clean the station. They gave us reports, so we helped each other to finish it easily until 5 pm. Then time to go home.

Day 6. On my day 6, we are early again. And then, we enter the station and cleaned it. We asked them if they have unfinished work, so they gave us. We checked the reports properly because the penmanship of the writers is not that clear. At the afternoon, Ma'am Shyla gave us the pieces of papers and told us to make it a salary holder until 5.

Day 7. On my day 7, we asked the staffs if they have reports, so they gave us. We checked the reports until 5 pm because there is new arrival coming to each of them.

Day 8. On my day 8, the staffs gave us reports and then we checked it until lunch time. In the afternoon, Ma'am Aning gave us documents to be arranged properly and we did it until 5 pm.

Day 9. On my day 9, we cleaned the station. After, we checked the papers until lunch time. In the afternoon, Maam Shyla gave us receipt to be arranged accordingly, so we did it until 5.

Day 10. On my day 10, we enter the station with sadness because this day will be our last day. Even if we felt that, we still asked them on their reports. So, they gave us but we just finished it easily because it is not that many. After, we don't have any work to do. So, we asked Ma'am Ellen about Accounting Office. We also asked their full name and when they started working in the Accounting. In the afternoon, Sir Remolado our adviser goes there while bringing the evaluation form and he gave it to the staffs to evaluate our performance. We also go outside in the office for us to be asked by Sir Remolado on the happenings that happened in the station. And then, we take a picture to all of them.

Day1. On my day 1, we go directly to Iljgan Capitol College early in the morning. As we enter the school, our co-immersion and our adviser Sir Remolado already there. So we go together to second floor and directly go inside in the Principal's office. Then there, the guidance counselor assist us and called our name one by one. The guidance counselor introduced each of us to our body teacher. My body teacher named Teacher Mari lead me to their office. Inside the office she picked her things and then asked me if I will go with her first class. So I said yes and we go outside together. Inside the classroom while the discussion, some of the students look at me from time to time. Until teacher Mari noticed her students that they turned around to look at my side. So she introduced me to the class. One of the male students asked me questions, but then the way he talks is not that clear. So I don't answer him, until I get his point and that is where I came from. So I answered him. At exactly 11 in the morning, I go with teacher Mari on her class in elementary. And then, in the afternoon teacher Mari gave me her students quiz papers. So I checked it until 5 pm.

Day 2. On my day2, I go directly to the third floor in the office which is I assigned. I asked teacher Mari on her unfinished work. So she gave me her student’s test papers. So I checked it until 5 pm because it composed of 4 sections.

Day 3. On my day 3, I approached teacher Mari on what will I do to lessen her work. But she just told me to relax because she doesn’t have any unfinished work. As she goes to her class, she just leaved me in the office. So what I did there, I helped my coimmersion Karen Tembrevilla in recording the scores of the students given by her body teacher. In the afternoon, we also helped Joshua Tarroza our co-immersion in checking the test papers given by Sir Froilan to him.

Day 4. On my day 4, teacher Mari gave me Manila paper and she told me to put a line inside the circle and then cut it.After putting all those stuffed, we go to grade 5 classroom and then teacher Mari gave them instructions. In the afternoon, I helped my co-immersion Joshua Tarroza in checking the test papers of the students until 5 pm.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES PERFORMED- WEEKLY

In my first week at Iligan Capitol College, I felt so nervous every time I enter the campus because of the environment. But then again, as the days passed I already adjusted their place in which I am not that scared every time I arrives the station. My work there were just checked the quizzes, performance task, and exams of the students coming from my body teacher named Teacher Mari. I actually go with Teacher Mari in her class as she did her teaching. We attempt to clean the office but the teachers there won’t allow us to do so. I also helped my classmates on what they are doing coming from their individual body teacher if I am free. Inside the office, there were student girls and boys who went inside to follow up their performance. So there, I’m ashamed because I saw them in my peripheral vision that every time they went inside the office, they always gave us a look which the reason that we are conscious on what we do.

In my second week, I was not able to go in Iligan Capitol College because they have no class for almost three (3) days. So what our adviser did, he told us to continue our immersion in our school which is in Acelo C. Badelles Sr. Memorial High School. There, we arranged the papers that told us to do so. We also clean our classroom not just because the evaluation of the classrooms was coming but to maintain the cleanliness inside. And then, we were assigned to do the third culminating performance, so we were so busy at that week for the preparation of the program. For that moment also, we did the brainstorming on what are the designs we’re going to have in our classroom for the evaluation.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF WHAT THE STUIDENT’S LEARNED, ACHIEVEMNETS, ISSUES FACED AND CORRESPONDING RESOLUTIONSWEEKLY

In my first week at Iligan Capitol College, I learned that all people deserve to be respected whether they are Christian or Muslims. I also learned that being friendly to the people in your environment would not be that difficult if you just know on how fulfilling after having a good communication to the people around you even if there are instances that you are afraid in interacting with them just don’t make them felt the uneasy feeling that you have because it will definitely hurt their feelings. I think my achievements would be the feeling that I am not that scared every time I entered the campus. I have lot of struggles in Iligan Capitol College but I considered their language is the most because every time they talk each other, I don’t have any hint on what they are talking about. So I felt uneasy for having the feeling that maybe we are their subject. So what I did is, I just ignored them and remained the positivity in my mind. In our school which is Acelo C. Badelles Sr. Memorial High School, I learned that, one of the best feeling is going back to the place where you are more comfortable which one of the factor who molded yourself as a good netizens in this society. I also learned that, even if you already in your place, you must still do the things that were needed as part of your immersion and show the good attitudes you possessed like you did in other stations. My achievements would be the service I gave to the school as well as to the teachers who imparted us the knowledge that is very helpful in our everyday living. I have struggles at the time of the program because there were groups who did not do their part and also the cooperation of our classmates were not 100%. So what we did is, we just do the unworked plan and understand the situation of our classmates on why they are not around at that moment.
