We guarantee the equipment for satisfactory performance for a period of 10 months from the date of commissioning or 12 months from the date of dispatch whichever is earlier. Any defects arising during the above period purely due to faulty design or workmanship will be rectified/replaced free of cost. However in respect of switchgear, relays and metering instruments our guarantee is limited to that obtained in turn by us from our supplier.
