Listen with attention and acceptance and speak with intention, making space for silence and each other. Engage in the endeavors of the group with enthusiasm, honoring the needs of all. Be honest and willing to engage in difficult conversations while assuming the good faith of all. Be willing to forgive and choose connection over conflict. Hold confidentiality and withhold judgment. Trust one another and be trustworthy.
