Young Offenders

YOUNG OFFENDERS This project is targeted primarily at children between the ages of 16 and 18 who have committed acts of crime in the past. It aims to teach them key soft skills such as communication and teamwork, as well as practical skills such as interview techniques and CV building skills. This allows them to go into the job market with a renewed approach towards the working world. Measuring Impact: The impact will be measured by determining the number of children who eventually secure a job after the project. Their level of understanding of various concepts (such as CV writing and interview skills) will be measured by utilising questionnaires before and after the project.
