JANUARY 11, 2007 The different committee naely: Community Organizing, Training, Health Care Provider, School Nurse and Planning Committee was able to come up with different suggestion regarding their proposed projects.

a. CO Committee 1. Pageant - Title: “Prince and Princess of Hearts 2007” - Coronation night: Jan. 31, 2007, Wednesday, 6:00 pm - Fund raising through envelope giving. Each candidate will be given a specified no. of envelopes that will be distributed to their friends, family and relatives to gain funds. - Canvassing will be in 2 sets/parts: 1st canvassing is on Jan. 25, 2007, Thursday at 3:00-6:00 pm beside the house of the Brgy. Captain; 2nd canvassing is on Jan. 30, 2007, Tuesday, 3:00-8:0 pm, beside the house of the Brgy. Captain also. The in-charge personnel in collecting and keeping the money are Ma. Jessica Denette Ramos from the CO Committee, to be supervised with one or two available Core Group and Maam Rosalie Catanghal. - The CO Committee must cooperate to the principal and also to teachers to designate the information among student’s parents. - They should cooperate with Kevin for the sound system. 2. “Fitness First” - exercise for the Core Group - to be held on Jan. 20, 2007 onwards at 8:00 am

JANUARY 23, 2007 The different committee was able to accomplished the following activities for this day such as:

a. School Nurse Committee - giving of invitation in feeding program - house to house visit and consultation of the parents of malnourished child

b. CO Committee - assessment of beauty pageant

c. Health Care Provider Committee - OPT and EPI (Purok 2) - making of the bulletin board

d. Planning Committee - update of ticket selling and responses of community people for the cleaning program

JANUARY 24, 2007 The different committee was able to accomplished the following activities for this day such as:

a. CO Committee - making of bulletin board and they will go to Portugana to inform the other candidates

b. Training Committee - preparation for the dummy, splint, triage - at 2:00-4:00 pm there will be a seminar regarding CPR entitled “Kapag di-tumibok ang Puso, Wala ka ng Magagawa Kundi i-CPR ito”
