This is an example target that can be read by an X-Rite DTP-41 strip-reading spectrophotometer. This is typical of a target that might be used by a printer profiling program for creating an ICC/ ColorSync® output profile. The profiling software would print the target it needs on your printer, and then you would feed the target into the DTP-41 connected to your computer. This feeds the data to the profiling software so it can generate the output profile. The DTP-41 is very fast. You could feed this target in seven passes in about three minutes.
