WRITING IN OUR CLASS WEEK 5, 6 & 7

We have been writing narratives BY THE YEAR 2/3 CLASS This term we have been learning how to write a narrative. A narrative has a setting, characters, a problem and a solution. We have been writing fiction narratives because we use our imaginations to make up a story.

Before we write our narratives, we must plan! Miss Charlton gives us a picture to look at to get character ideas. We have been using our 5 W’s to make sure our stories make sense. We have been trying hard to include adjectives to make our stories very interesting!

We love writing narratives because we get to use our imaginations. We can make our stories funny, crazy, interesting, amazing, calm and fantabulous! It helps us learn how to make thing make sense and how to make better stories. Writing narratives is so much fun!
