Celebrate New Year’s Eve at bluestem Celebrate the end of the year with a 7-course dinner with wine pairings prepared by Chefs Colby and Megan Garrelts. Our New Year’s dinner menu is $130 per person, wine pairings are an additional $60.00 per person. Sales tax and gratuity are not included in the cost of dinner. bluestem will offer two seatings in the dining room at 6:00pm and 8:30pm. Seating is limited; please call the restaurant directly to make your dinner reservations today! Relax the night away on New Year’s Eve in the bluestem lounge. Our lounge menu will be available all evening with specialty cocktails and plenty of Champagne! bluestem will feature a live DJ from 9pm-12am; guests in the lounge during the DJ’s performance will receive a 187ml bottle of Champagne to enjoy during the night. Our lounge music and Champagne package is $20.00 per person. Reservations are recommended for the lounge during 9pm-12am. Please call the restaurant directly for lounge reservations. Reservations for the lounge cannot be made online through Open Table.

20% gratuity added to parties of 6 or more Reservations are required for New Year’s Eve dinner in the dining room and credit card information will be taken with each reservation. bluestem requires 48 hour notice for dining room cancelations on New Year’s Eve. Reservation cancelations after 12/29/08 and/or with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $50.00 fee per person that can be redeemed with a bluestem gift certificate.
