Introduction “Dõv …. You’ve got to see this film …. It talks about all the stuff you do, and it’s funny too!” I had just arrived in Phoenix, Arizona. I had flown in to conduct a workshop and all anyone could talk about was an amazing new film called “What the Bleep Do We Know?!” My colleague was beside himself with excitement, and so were the group of people I was there to work with. I simply had to go and see what all the fuss was about. Imagine my delight, as I sat with my wife and watched the story unfold – for here was a film that featured experts and tons of information on the subject that has been my life’s passion. Better yet, it was presented in such a clever and entertaining way. I was excited, to say the least! Here on the big screen, before my eyes, were some of the very scientists I had cited in my dissertation on Quantum Resonant Fields (more on that later) alongside an academy award winning actress – and this film was making me laugh! The obvious question was “Who made this film and where did it come from?” I intuitively felt that it wasn’t likely that Hollywood was responsible for this marvelous work. I soon found out it was William Arntz, Betsy Chasse and Mark Vicente who were behind the unique film that was on its way to becoming a runaway success. (Any filmmakers who are able to combine the principles of quantum physics within an entertaining story, with wild effects - and do so in a way

that is laugh-out-loud funny, have achieved legend status in my mind). I loved their work! I had to find out more about them and their inspiration for making the film, and I soon realized that they were an awesome example of the film’s central premise at work – they choose to create their own reality. They were actually walking the walk and not just talking the talk. Clearly to me, the film was designed as a wake up call. A call to inspire self examination, provoke discussion among friends and to push people to educate themselves on the concept of taking responsibility for their own reality. To my way of thinking, this has been the film’s major achievement. I soon found that this achievement was also a source of frustration for many of its audience. The film had succeeded in provoking as many questions as it answered, and many people were contacting me to see if I would expand on the content of the film for them. It soon became apparent that people, having seen the film and agreed with its message, were looking for a way to incorporate some of the concepts into their own lives. None more so than the subject of the most referenced interview in the film, Dr. Joe Dispenza’s comments on creating his own day. The concept of taking responsibility for your own life, and everything in it, forms the basis of the work I have been doing around the world for over 20 years. So I decided to publish an interpretation of the film that would help people to do this. I also wanted to make it available for free. For most of my professional career I have chosen to work with people in person, lecturing and conducting workshops, rather than pursuing a more academic approach of publishing books and papers. However, with the response to the film that I had

seen and heard, I realized there were many people who could benefit if I published my response to the questions I had received. The result is this book. When you are reading it, please remember that this is my personal interpretation of the film, and that I don’t claim any knowledge of the filmmakers’ actual intentions or motivations for making it. However, before you get started I’d like to share some of my story with you …

How I Was Born Into Poverty, Studied With Masters, Had A Near Death Experience And Discovered The Equation For Manifestation. A Foreword by DÕv Baron Ph.D.

I am going to share some of the experiences that have shaped my life, so you can get a feel for me as a person, and satisfy yourself that what I have to say in this book could be of some value to you. You’ll see that my knowledge has been acquired from academic study as well as several powerful life experiences. I grew up in an inner city ghetto in Northern England, in a filthy industrial city, where you got black grease on your collar just from the pollution in the air. We lived in a small house with no indoor plumbing, and I remember often having to hide with my mother and siblings in the outhouse every Friday when the rent man came. As a result of all of this I received the first important lesson of my life: There is always something or someone that you can learn from. In my case, there were no positive role models of how to live life – but there were plenty of role models for how I did not want to live my life. I chose to use them as motivation to get out, because I knew that staying where I was would ultimately crush my spirit. And so I decided, at a very early age to set about creating a life, which at that time, I could only imagine.

In the beginning, I was on a spiritual quest, and my journey took me around the world. Over a 20 year period I met, studied and lived with masters from a variety of disciplines and philosophies. My studies ranged from Ancient Jewish Mysticism to Gnostic Christianity, Vedantic Hinduism to Buddhist philosophy to the Course in Miracles and other teachings. My thirst for knowledge was intense, and I immersed myself in as many different sources of wisdom as I could find. At this time I also began my academic studies, which culminated in a doctoral degree in Consciousness Studies in 2002. Along the way, I set about applying the information I had acquired, and as a result, I experienced creating my own reality in a significant way. Not least of which was creating successful businesses on three different continents. However, I had a burning desire to share my knowledge and experiences, and as a result my life took off in a new direction. I knew that being in business for the sake of making lots of money was not enough for me. I wasn't living my truth, and I wasn’t fulfilling what I felt was my soul’s purpose. I also realized that I wasn’t alone, for none of the people I knew and considered to be truly wealthy defined their success in purely financial terms. I was beginning to desire what I now refer to as the full spectrum of wealth and abundance, the type of rich life that my truly wealthy friends were enjoying. This was a pivotal realization on my part, as I began to consciously realize that I wanted more than just material abundance. Though for me, it took a near death experience to really get it. I had come a long way on my journey out of poverty; my spiritual education had shaped my outlook on life and I

had translated that into business success, world travel and all of the trappings normally associated with wealth and abundance. Now imagine this. In June 1990, I reached for a rock while free climbing and the rock dislodged. And at that moment, so did my life. I fell 120 feet onto the rocks below, and in the process was literally smashed to pieces. During the next two years of recovery, in order to repair my damaged body I had to endure six painful re-constructive surgeries. However, the greatest challenge I had to overcome, by far, was my mental and emotional state, which had been crushed to a greater degree than any of my bones. For two years I was never more than a thought away from absolute defeat. Many times I simply wanted to quit, but the burning desire to fulfill my purpose would not go away. So, I made a series of conscious decisions to transform the pain into fuel – fuel I could use to power the next stage of my journey. Today, my life is an example of what I consider to be the full spectrum of wealth and abundance. I attracted the woman of my dreams, and we live in a penthouse with a panoramic view of the mountains and the ocean, in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I have a rich and fulfilling spiritual life, and I wake up every morning excited to go to work in a career that I love. Working with people all over the world, and teaching them how to realize their full potential – I have the most fulfilling job I could ever have imagined. As a result of all of this, I have synthesized a lifetime of experiences and knowledge into a simple three step formula, which I call The Equation for Manifestation. This simple formula,

“What the Bleep Does it Mean?” By Dõv Baron, Ph.D.

After you read this short book you will have learned what I believe are the subtle and yet extremely powerful messages contained in the film: “What the Bleep Do We Know!?” In addition to answering the questions I have received about it, my goal in providing an interpretation of the film is to make you think, make you question and make you want to expand your concept of reality. But the important thing is that you are ready to expand your concept of reality, or you wouldn’t be reading this now. So let’s get into it.

All Aboard: Hyper-speed to Self Love and the Observer One of the questions I often get from viewers goes something like this, “How did Amanda go from being the way she was at the beginning to the girl in the bathtub, who seems to be filled with self-love, in such a short time?” This is a valid question, as Amanda’s emotional and spiritual transformation takes place in hyper speed before our very eyes. In the opening scene Amanda enters a train, and the train is featured throughout the movie as it is a metaphor for

her journey. Notice that the train always appears to be traveling at hyper speed. The train is there to represent Amanda progressing from one set of beliefs to another, one reality to another. For the benefit of the viewer this is done at hyper speed, rather than in real time, or the movie would be a lot longer! Now at the start of the film, after leaving the train, we see Amanda entering a cinema where she seemingly sees two other “selves” walking past her. This is the first time we are subtly introduced to a concept from both psychology and quantum physics; the concept of “the observer.” Let me give you an example so that you can recall if you’ve ever had an experience of this: Have you ever been in a fight with someone and said something mean, and all the while there is a part of you that knows what you are saying is hurtful, but the venom keeps coming out? The part of you that notices this is the observer. Another experience of recognizing the observer is when there seems to be all kinds of chaos around you, but there is a part of you that is completely calm and unaffected. In the second example, that part of you is simply observing the situation without judgment. These are just a couple of examples of when you are the emotionally detached observer, “viewing” the “you” that is in the experience. It is possible to master being the observer, and in doing so, make conscious choices about how you respond to the people, situations and experiences you attract into your life. That’s why you’re reading this isn’t it? I’ll be covering this topic in greater detail shortly (on page 17), so for now let’s get back to Amanda’s story.

Reggie’s Quantum Reality of Infinite Choice Amanda is out walking when she meets Reggie, the boy with a persistent smile and a personality to match. Reggie is playing basketball and persuades Amanda to participate in what will be the strangest game of her life. Amanda steps onto the court and is at that moment introduced to an alternate reality. This is a fabulous metaphor for “Alice in Wonderland” where Alice goes down the rabbit hole. Reggie even asks Amanda how far down the rabbit hole she wants to go. It’s here that Reggie discusses Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle1 - how waves of potentiality change into particles of reality after they have been observed. In the scene Amanda is confronted by a messenger, who asks her to consider that there are infinite possibilities in any situation. Reggie demonstrates that how she is looking at life, the mindset she chooses, is merely one choice from an infinite number of choices available to her. I realize this can all sound a bit out there, so let me explain: Imagine that you’re at one of those multi-screen cinemas. Now, there are ten different movies playing and you must decide which movie you’re going to see. Every genre from romance to science fiction is represented. They’re all available to you, but you only get to experience the one you choose.

Heisenberg was one of the founding fathers of Quantum Physics and one of his famous statements went like this; atoms, (the things we have believed make up our reality), are not things, they are possibilities of thinking)

I bet you never thought you’d understand the quantum science of wave particle reality quite so easily! You see, consciously or unconsciously you have before you, at any moment in time, an infinite number of choices. As you choose one you forget the others were even there. So just like a visit to a multi-screen cinema, you have many choices available to you at any given moment. What you must understand is that because you become emotionally involved with a particular choice (your movie) it becomes real to you. In fact it becomes the only reality to you. You are actually living in your own three dimensional movie that you make real by becoming emotionally involved in it. Isn’t it interesting how often people buy a ticket for a movie, and even if the movie stinks, they will sit through until the end rather than get up and choose again. Imagine how different your life will be when you realize that you can always choose again? You can always choose again! Understand, the main reason most people will not reject an unsatisfactory choice of movie (the way they’re living their life) is because they have convinced themselves there’s a valid reason to stick it out, hoping it will get better. Instead, they suffer through rather than doing something else.

Here is what many people don’t realize. If at any time you are not enjoying the movie that is your life, you can get up and choose again – you don’t have to wait until the end. Wouldn’t it be awesome if you were open to the full spectrum of possibilities at any given moment? Instead, we tend to fixate on a singular reality, which is the reality we unconsciously expect. If you are beginning to notice similar characters, situations or dramas appearing in your life, it’s a safe bet to assume you are creating a reality that you unconsciously “expect” to happen. Your life is your movie. Therefore you can rewrite the script, change the actors and re-direct any scene to have a completely different meaning or outcome. You are an awesome, powerful being who should be writing the script of your life. It is worth considering whether you are watching the movie that is your life, repeat over and over, even though you’re not enjoying many parts of it. Remember, complaining won’t change it - you need to take action.

Power Moments: Making Your Past Work for You After much cajoling from Reggie, Amanda shoots the ball and misses. One try and she’s ready to walk away and quit. Reggie tells her that it doesn’t need to be like that, and that the outcome can be any way she wants it to be. She takes another shot and misses again, and tells Reggie she’s got to go. Again Reggie tells her it doesn’t have to be that way and … suddenly Amanda is back in high school shooting a basket and feeling good about herself. Reggie has somehow revealed what I call a “power moment” that Amanda tapped into. A moment from her past that was positive and powerful, and that can be recalled at any time to empower her. Now she throws the ball and it goes straight through the hoop. Reggie was able to get her to access a memory that put her in the emotional state of power so that she could play as she did when she was in her teens. And in that moment, she is free of her own limitations. In one of my favorite books of all time: Illusions, author Richard Bach wrote: “Argue for your limitations and sure enough they are yours”. How many people would be living happier, more fulfilled, productive lives if they would just stop arguing for their

own limitations? Picture what might happen in your life if, for one week, you banned yourself from saying any variation of “I can’t”. When things don’t go right do you, like Amanda, tell yourself that you are a failure and want to walk away and give up trying? Think back and allow yourself to remember a time in your life when you felt truly powerful. Every time that nasty “can’t” word comes up, choose to focus on that power moment and really feel it, as if it were taking place right now. Really accessing the feeling of reliving the experience is the key here. Remember, as Dr. Joe Dispenza told us in the movie, the mind does not know the difference between what is real, imagined or remembered. You can access your power and expand your reality or stay locked in a repetitive, limited reality. You are, I am sure, beginning to notice something here – there is a lot of choice open to you, isn’t there? Amanda is presented with this choice in the movie. She can open her mind to new possibilities by tapping into her power moments like she does with Reggie, or she can remain stuck in her limited beliefs.

You’re Never Too Old to Learn One classic way that people keep themselves stuck is by convincing themselves that they can’t learn because they are too old. The excuse runs something like: “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks”. However, it’s simply not true. Contemporary research has shown that a person can learn as much in their eighties as they could in their twenties. So why do so many older people seem to struggle to learn new things? Let’s look at the typical learning cycle for the answer. We enter the world and everything is new and, if we want to survive, we have to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible. Research has shown that the majority of people learn more between the age of zero and five than they will for the remainder of their lives. By the age of six in most first world countries, children are enrolled in what will be ten or more years of compulsory learning. By age eighteen some will go on to college furthering their academic learning, while others enter the work force where they must learn the skills necessary to do their job. Either way, by the time we reach our mid twenties, the one common experience shared by all of us has been learning – but for many, that’s where it ends. I believe that the truly educated never graduate. So it’s great that you are reading this now, because you’re demonstrating a commitment to your lifelong

education. The largest asset you will ever own is not a home. It is the knowledge and wisdom gained from your continued learning. This asset can never be taken from you – the IRS can’t seize it, you can’t lose it in a divorce, it will always be yours. If you want to build assets that are yours forever, keep learning! In doing so, you’ll be able to continue your education for as long as you wish to.

It’s Hard to See If You’re Not Looking There is an early scene in the movie where Amanda is walking and taking photos of things she sees around her; a child running after a dog, a man fetching the dog, the colors of an umbrella, autumn leaves beginning to fall… This scene is heavy in symbolism and metaphor. Pay attention to the man in the scene. He appears homeless, even disoriented and yet he is doing his best to help the child retrieve the dog. He is a metaphor for the fact that help can come from all kinds of sources, including the ones you might normally reject. The dog being off the leash tells us to let go of “controlling” and “being controlled”. We fear letting go because we fear the unknown, when in fact letting go doesn’t have to result in dire consequences, it may result in an opportunity to have fun as it did in this case. Rules are generally imposed with the intention of “protecting”, however, they often serve only to restrain and restrict. And the symbolism continues as the scene unfolds. The child’s high energy demonstrates that children in their “natural state” live life to the fullest, which is something we can all learn from. The autumn leaves falling suggest a time of change. The umbrella suddenly being opened exemplifies a willingness to deal with change as it arrives. There is one other symbol from this scene that is very important. All of this imagery is taking place with a child’s soft laughter in the background. This is a wonderful representation

of the fact that we can get bogged down in the face of change or we can laugh and embrace change. Amanda gives herself permission to recognize beauty, provided it is outside of her self. The camera lens is the metaphor for “the observer” in this part of the movie, though we will also see it represent the ego mind later in the film. However, of real note in the scene is Amanda’s use of the camera to separate herself from the beauty that surrounds her. What about you? Let me ask you this. Is it possible that beauty only exists in certain places for you - for example, in a garden or a pet or in certain people? Go inside, check and see if there’s a filter you use when you view certain people or situations. Are you missing a lot of wonderful things in your life right now?

What’s Your Drug of Choice? Amanda is interrupted while photographing the beauty in the park by a cell phone call reminding her she is late for work. Her anxiety is immediately apparent. When she gets to the train station her boss calls again to see where she is and Amanda’s anxiety is visibly on the rise. She reaches for her pills, the ones she relies on, and they fall out of her purse and scatter on the platform. In her effort to reach for her lifeline she misses the train, which makes her even more late. She is upset with herself and she crushes a pill with her shoe in frustration. Part of her is holding onto something that another part of her actually wants to let go of. The scene is blunt in its portrayal of her need for medication to get through everyday life. You can feel Amanda’s frustration growing as she gets more and more pressure to get to work on time. It is a universal anxiety we can all relate to, but not one where most of us need medication to get through. In the film Amanda’s medication is literal and obvious. Most people’s medication is less obvious, and can even be quite socially acceptable. A workaholic is the perfect example. The workaholic often claims to be committed to providing a better life for their family. Though it is often a family they are not really a part of. You see, if this person stopped medicating with work they would have to feel and deal with the real issues they get to avoid by working.

Look, there are numerous ways to medicate yourself; food, TV, compulsive cleaning, volunteering, alcohol, religion, sex, sports … and I could go on and on. None of these are “bad” in and of themselves, but when they are used to avoid dealing with issues in our lives we are actually using them to medicate against pain. In other words, whatever you are doing, consciously or unconsciously, to avoid undesirable feelings is the “medication” in your life. Feelings that are not dealt with become repressed, and what we repress controls us. Now, I can almost hear your mind saying “my behavior is not medication!” However, the ego mind is a liar (I go into this on page 37). No matter how nice, good or right it might seem - if it enables you to avoid certain areas of your life, it is medication! And it can be every bit as destructive as hard drugs.

Pay Attention: Part of You Knows What You Need There is a second, more powerful message in the scene at the train station. The train is gone, and so has whatever version of reality Amanda’s destination had in store for her at that time. You see, by missing the train, Amanda has an experience that she would otherwise have missed. As she waits for another train, Amanda hears a woman talking about Dr. Masaru Emoto’s water crystal research. Amanda looks at the posters of the crystals and a man walks up to her. Once again this is a metaphor for her higher self. He says, “If our thoughts can do that to water, what can they do to us?” But before we deal with the water crystal research let’s look again at the issue of missing the train. Remember, we are all creating our own reality. When I’ve been asked about this concept during lectures, the scene in the train station has often prompted the following from viewers: “Amanda was already dealing with enough stress, so why would she manifest missing the train?” Simply, if Amanda had not missed the train she would not have received the information that was right in front of her – information that she will eventually use as a catalyst for setting herself free. It is no accident that she missed the train. She needed to see what was at the train station, so she chose a version of reality available to her that allowed it to happen. Now, let me ask you a personal question.

Warning: Your Body is Listening It was Dr. Masaru Emoto’s experiment with water crystals that Amanda needed to see at the train station. Dr. Emoto’s work demonstrates that our thoughts, feelings and the intention behind them are able to change the crystalline structure of flash frozen water molecules. Maybe there is a part of you that is thinking; “so what?” Well, let me explain. According to science your body is made up of approximately 70% water. Every conscious and unconscious thought you have is affecting the water that is held in the cells of your body. Therefore when you look in the mirror and the voice in your head tells you all the things that are wrong with you, the water in every one of your cells is affected accordingly. By the same token, the concept that your thoughts could have a direct affect on your body seems outrageous if you are operating within the constraints of traditional science. Don’t get me wrong, Newtonian science has been responsible for major advances since we started applying it over four hundred years ago. Understanding gravity has enabled us to drive a car and fly in a plane, for example. My point is there have been major advances, such as the Internet, which were only made possible by the application of quantum mechanics and expanded concepts of what was possible at the time. There is a vast amount of research into the mind-body connection (undertaken by experts such as Dr. Herbert

Benson, founder of the Harvard Mind/Body Medical Institute). This, combined with a deepening understanding of quantum mechanics, confirms that our thoughts not only affect our bodies - but every aspect of our physical reality. It is impossible to ignore the research of scientists like Dr. Emoto, even though it challenges us to acknowledge that we possess enormous power. So the question is: What are your repetitive thought processes, and how might they be affecting your reality? When you look in the mirror what do you comment on (internally or externally)? Is it how amazing you are, or do you set about tearing yourself down? Really think about it and... Remember, your body is listening!

The Equation for Manifestation The scene that has prompted more questions from viewers than any other is Dr. Joe Dispenza recounting how he creates his day, in advance, every morning. The concept has definitely struck a chord with many, many viewers of the film. Unfortunately, Dr. Dispenza is not able to go into his personal ritual in much detail and so the viewer is left wondering how they might apply the concept to their own life. I am happy to say that the concept is one that you are already using every day. Now keep in mind that this is mostly happening on a subconscious level. As you can imagine there’s a whole other book worth of material I could go into about your subconscious manifestation of reality, but we don’t have the time to do that here. For the purpose of this discussion, I’d like to show you the equation for conscious manifestation. Pay attention, because I’m about to give you an incredibly powerful tool that you can use immediately to create the life you want.

Equation for Manifestation: Three Step 1. Focus on your desired outcome with a clear thought. Be very specific. 2. As you hold the thought, you will be able to get in touch with the feelings of what it would be like to experience your desired outcome. 3. Now go deep into your mind and focus on those feelings at the expense of all other thoughts or feelings, and do it consistently. Your ability to focus exclusively on the feelings determines the degree to which you’ll experience your desired outcome. Now, I can almost hear your mind saying: “it can’t be that simple?” But, it is. I have personally used this equation to attract the woman of my dreams and create the most rewarding career I could imagine, among many other things. As you probably know, simple things are not always easy to do. The good news is that even the most complex tasks can be mastered via repetition and this is not a complex task I am asking you to perform. For example, driving a car is quite a complex task when you think of all the things you need to concentrate on at exactly the same time. Though driving is quite simple for most people to do, after they’ve been taught and spent time practicing it. Okay, you're probably wondering how you can get the best form of practice. Just as it’s possible to learn how to hit a

golf ball by practicing on your own, it is a whole lot easier and more effective to do it with a professional. Remember, even Tiger Woods has a coach. Participants in my two day workshop have many first hand experiences of the equation for manifestation. The confidence gained from each of these experiences creates a higher degree of competence in each of the participants. I just love it when people who’ve done my workshops write to me about all the wonderful things they have been able to manifest in their lives. Where Are The Blank Pages in Your Life? Amanda goes home and falls asleep, has a dream about a shaman and as a result, she wakes up startled. Later, she is approached by her roommate who asks her if she is okay. Jennifer gives Amanda a gift of photo album with a few of Amanda’s best pictures in it. Jennifer tells Amanda that it was difficult to select the photos, because Amanda had taken so many great ones. Jennifer shows her the photos she has picked and then points out that she has left many pages blank - for all the wonderful photos Amanda will be taking in the future. Once again the metaphor is beautiful: Jennifer, like Reggie, is pointing out power moments. Only this time it’s in the form of photos, giving Amanda yet another opportunity to focus on her strengths. The statement that most of the pages have been left open is symbolism for the fact that if Amanda chooses, she can fill the pages of her life with anything she wants. Amanda gets to decide what is going to be in her future by being open to the opportunities she is attracting into her life. The photo album represents the potential of Amanda’s unlimited future. Allow yourself to focus on the best moments of your life and then connect with the feeling of reliving those power moments, so it can propel you to where you want to be. Imagine how different your life would be if you did this on a regular basis?

The experience with Reggie showed Amanda a power moment from her past. The blank pages in the photo album represent power moments she is yet to experience. Are You Living in The Past? When Amanda gets to work she reads that her next assignment is a wedding. She’s anything but thrilled with the posting and intent on discussing the issue with her boss. However, he’s more intent on staring at the backside of his shapely office assistant. Amanda is clearly disgusted by her boss’s behavior and makes no attempt to disguise it as she starts laying into him for the wedding assignment. The boss knows there is more to what is being said than just the words, and his answer is quite astute – despite sounding defensive: “You live in your past Amanda; everything about you is what happened… you’ve got too many memories clouding your vision.” The ego mind is always evaluating and filtering what is going on around us. The ego mind holds the history of who we were and what we’ve experienced and then sees all present and future events through the lens of that history. To paraphrase two of the experts in the film; Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Candace Pert… the brain is receiving around 400 billion bits of information per second, but we are only aware of 2,000 bits per second. Most of these bits contain information about our body and time (e.g. am I hot/cold, is it morning/night etc). What bubbles up to our consciousness (i.e. what we are aware of) is

the information that confirms our ego mind’s version of us, which is drawn from our history. The mind is constantly looking for evidence of that which it believes to be true, even if the evidence is completely false, and filters out the rest. This means that even though you’re receiving 400 billion bits of information, your mind is only processing the bits that verify its programmed beliefs. The fact that we remember our past and allow it to define the current situation is a fairly easy concept for most of us to accept. We might even be able to understand how this could cause us to have conditioned, knee jerk reactions to different situations. But what about the future? We project into the future from that same historical perspective, therefore, “Tomorrow will be as it is today, as it was yesterday”. Just as Dr. David Albert suggests is possible in the film, there is no reason why this could not be considered “remembering” the future. When we live our lives expecting the future to look just like the past we are living lives that are a self fulfilling prophecy. Stop right now and consider this deeply for a moment. If aspects of your life today look pretty much like they did yesterday and yesterday contains too many parallels with the week before, then guess what? You are living your own self fulfilling prophecy. You are “remembering tomorrow” based on yesterday.

Go back and read that last paragraph again and let it really sink in. It will be a profound realization if you are discovering this for the first time. I’m sure you can now see the value of learning how to interrupt this frustrating and repetitive cycle. I know how frustrated I was before I committed to applying the specialized knowledge that I now teach.

Amanda’s Fall: And How it Defines Her Amanda doesn’t get out of the assignment and we watch her nervously enter the church where she touches the holy water and begins to make the sign of the cross, but stops herself. She flashes back to her childhood Confirmation where she is standing by prayer candles, and we learn, from another flashback, that it is also the church she was married in. During her flashback the groom is standing at the alter saying his vows while coveting a pretty blonde in the pews. The flashback jumps again, and this time we see Amanda catching her husband and the blonde in bed together. We know that Amanda and her husband are no longer together and that she has medication for anxiety. This scene may naturally cause you to feel some compassion for Amanda. After all, the emotional trauma of finding your partner in bed with another person is enough to rock most people’s worlds. However, while I think that compassion for Amanda is valid during her initial experience, I question the validity of compassion for someone who is choosing to relive their pain over and over again. We’ve all had a friend who’s been hurt, only to make that painful experience the definition of who they are and who they will be, from that moment on. Isn’t it amazing though, how quickly your compassion runs out once you realize there is a part of them that wants to hold on to the pain.

Anyway, let’s get back to the film. From these short flashback scenes we are being told that Amanda has lost her faith in so much more than just marriage. She’s lost faith in men, humanity, even her church. However, I think there is a bigger point to examine, not just for Amanda but for anybody reading this. As you read this book you could imagine hearing my voice talking to you and asking you a couple of questions: “How committed to your past are you?” And: “What do you think it will it take to let go of your past and start living in the present moment, where you make choices rather than knee jerk reactions?” After you’ve pondered those questions, I want you to stop right here, and go a little deeper. I want you to do another quick exercise with me. Take a deep breath of courage, because you’re going to need it. I am about to ask you to consider that you are responsible for everything that is currently in your life. Now, I’m going to take it one step further, and have you consider that you might be getting something you want out of remaining stuck in any aspect of your present reality that you don’t consciously enjoy. Take a final deep breath, and ask yourself what that might be. Now, it might be difficult to grasp that you could possibly be getting anything that you want out of staying stuck in an undesirable experience. So I want you to consider these outcomes, as possible examples: attention, importance, sympathy, martyrdom, heroism … and the list goes on. This can be an extremely liberating exercise, so I suggest you give yourself permission to spend some time on it right now.

Now I’ll go back to Amanda’s fall. As adults, most of us have had a fall, or what I call a wake up call from your soul, at some point in our lives. It might have been a marriage or relationship breakup, a car accident, a bankruptcy, the loss of a job or any number of personally devastating events. This is invariably a time when we question everything. Some people decide to learn from the event. They become stronger and they become a better person as a result. Others crumble and give up. Those not willing to learn become committed to living their lives based on the negative emotions they experienced as a result of that singular event. This is what Amanda is doing in the film. Even though her husband’s infidelity was a single traumatic event within a lifetime of many more positive and uplifting events, it has become her defining moment.

The People in Your Life: They All Have Messages For You I love the way the filmmakers wrote the character of Amanda’s houseguest, Jennifer. Her wonderful lightness is so exaggerated and in such sharp contrast to the hard edge of Amanda (okay, even if she is quite the ditz!). By virtue of an earlier conversation between them, we learn that her temporary stay has gone on longer than expected. From this, we can assume that something has gone wrong in her life as well. However, we never get the sense Jennifer is living her life by focusing on what is wrong with it. I think she’s there to show us that there is always another, more empowering way of looking at anything. I believe the character of Jennifer is also there as a metaphor for something larger. We often draw people into our lives that embody the parts of ourselves that we have repressed. Clearly, Amanda has repressed the playful part of herself, and her houseguest is a metaphor for this. In this case Amanda has repressed a positive aspect of herself, the light and playful side. Though, you can repress what you consider to be positive or negative aspects of yourself. For instance, you might consider anger as a negative emotion that is worth repressing. I remind you again that the things you repress will control you. How many times have you heard about some “nice guy” who “goes postal” completely out of the blue? This is repressed anger exploding. Therefore, it’s the people in our lives that can reveal to us what we need to deal with, or what we need to recapture. In

the case of Amanda, she might look to recapture the playful aspect she has repressed, while someone else might look to deal with their repressed grief or self loathing, as an example.

My Favorite Scene: The Polish Wedding The day of the wedding arrives and Amanda is there as the official photographer. While the entire scene is filled with symbolism and metaphor, I’m going to concentrate on what I feel are the key points. Amanda’s mind keeps remembering experiences she’s had in the past and is projecting those events onto the present. We see that Amanda’s vision has literally been distorted by her negative experiences. Every photograph she takes reminds her of her own wedding and the bitter memories associated with that event. Here, Amanda is a vivid example of the line repeated throughout the movie by Dr. Joe Dispenza: “The mind does not know the difference between what it sees and what it imagines or remembers”. This concept was originally formulated in a book called “Psycho Cybernetics” by Dr. Maxwell Maltz, which was published in the sixties, and has subsequently been proven in clinical studies. Anyway, let’s get back to the wedding. The scene continues and we have the groom seemingly “making eyes” at a bridesmaid. Shortly thereafter, Amanda sees the silhouette of two people locked in passion, and she incorrectly assumes that it’s the groom with one of the bridesmaids. We discover that this is not true at all, even though it seemed to be true to Amanda. It seemed true,

because it was consistent with the set of beliefs she has adopted since the traumatic event which now defines her life.

What is Real? All too often we go through life not really seeing what is available to us, but seeing what we expect to see. As I said earlier, the ego mind looks for evidence of what it believes to be true (based on your personal history) and ignores everything else. This is something I will explore deeply in another book I am working on, in which I present all of the evidence to support the fact that you are not your mind. I go into great detail about why the ego mind tries to convince you of a certain version of reality, and how you have the power to stop this from happening. So, Amanda’s ego mind has her experiencing today through yesterday’s lens. She sees a shred of reality, (outfits that look like the bridesmaid and groom’s) and her ego mind fills in the rest. This makes it “real” to her. You must have had an experience where you could have sworn that you saw something happen, only to discover that the event you thought you witnessed didn’t happen at all? Any court lawyer will tell you that the problem with eye witnesses is that they are notoriously unreliable. This is because the ego mind will fill in blanks with information that may be

completely incorrect, because it is based on the ego mind’s expectations. We’re not just talking about visual perception here either. It can just as easily be verbal or any other of the perceived senses. How often has your ego mind convinced you that something was real when it wasn’t real at all? Accepting what the ego mind wants to believe can be extremely limiting. Dr. Fred Alan Wolf made a statement in the movie that I think is a wonderful metaphor for living beyond your limited personal history. He said: “The trick is to not be in the know, but be in the mystery.” Living in the know means reliving your history, and the mystery represents a potential future beyond the limitations of your history. We get so committed to a set of beliefs (a story that runs in the ego mind) that we will interrupt, even sabotage our own joy in order to be right about having those beliefs. This is what can be so debilitating about not challenging your unconscious, conditioned beliefs. When you become committed to your conditioned beliefs, either consciously or unconsciously, it affects every part of your life. I said earlier that Amanda is clearly angry about the breakup of her marriage. We’ve seen her take that anger out on her houseguest and her boss. Another example is when the little girl at the wedding asks Amanda if she has any tips she can give her, because she wants to be a photographer when

she grows up. Amanda sarcastically responds; “yeah, take a lot of pictures.” The events with her husband have affected every area of Amanda’s life, to the point that she is incapable of receiving the admiration of a child. She is constantly looking through the lens of her fall. As a result she is constantly finding reasons to be angry. It’s as though she’s addicted to feeling angry.

Emotional Addictions Amanda’s addiction to anger is an introduction to the variety of emotional addictions we see during the wedding reception, which is a veritable three ring circus of emotional addiction. At first glance, it’s easy to dismiss the behavior as being fairly normal for a mixed crowd at a wedding reception (albeit quite exaggerated). We see a bridesmaid who gets a glass of wine spilt on her and becomes hysterical, two teenage boys who are evaluating all the females in the room with a kind of score system, an overweight fellow looking like he is in heaven as he digs into the buffet, the mother who is bossing everyone around, the DJ flirting with a sexy guest who is flirting back, the father who’s screaming at the DJ to play a polka and Amanda and her new friend tossing back the drinks. There is one scene that is unique to this particular wedding reception. It’s the big dance number where everyone is hooked up to an IV. The symbolism is not subtle here at all, as we are all addicted to the particular peptide cocktail that works for us in any given situation. The whole reception scene has viewers laughing out loud. Though I have to wonder just how much of the laughter is nervous laughter at seeing behaviors that the viewer can identify with.

We like to think of addictions in nice definitive terms that allow us to separate ourselves from them. When you ask the average person to describe an addict their response is likely to conjure up images of a down and out individual in a back alley. Very few people have the insight or the courage to say; “Hmm, an addict, well I guess an addict could look just like me.” In “Molecules of Emotion” Candace Pert writes about opiate receptors in the brain. These receptors wait for the right peptide cocktail to arrive, before setting off a cascade of reactions in the body. Dr. Pert says: “A shocking but exciting fact revealed by the opiatereceptor findings was that it didn’t matter if you were a lab rat, a First Lady, or dope addict- everyone has the exact same mechanism in the brain for creating bliss and expanded consciousness.” What is exciting about this discovery is that we each have, within our brains, all of the ingredients necessary to achieve a state of bliss. The reality is you can learn to do this. Wouldn’t it be worth your while to find out how? Like I said earlier; metaphorically speaking, everyone is looking for a hit. What’s your drug of choice? Understand that every behavior and every attitude creates its own peptide cocktail. Your cell’s receptors are craving these peptides in the same way that a drug addict’s body craves a narcotic. This is why behavior and attitude changes can be difficult to achieve.

Are you Wired for Love or Wired for Pain? It’s easy to think that Amanda’s pain is caused by the fact that her husband was unfaithful. However, there is more to Amanda’s pain than meets the eye. If Amanda’s pain is caused by her husband’s infidelity, that would mean that the actual infidelity would have to be going on in the exact moment that Amanda is feeling the pain. Clearly, that is not the case. So, where is Amanda’s pain coming from? Her pain is coming from her memory. She is remembering her husband’s infidelity over and over again. She’s also remembering everything that is associated with him, including her wedding day. And she is equating all of that with pain. This is despite the fact that the majority of her wedding day was probably a wonderful experience. As I said earlier, the ego mind will magnify a single event that reinforces its beliefs, and it will ignore everything to the contrary. Dr. Joe Dispenza talks about the complex neuro-net of love. I have researched the subject of love for many years; how we fall into and how we fall out of love. I find it a fascinating subject. What is most fascinating to me about love is that it’s totally subjective and illogical.

The Little Known Secret about Love: Love Equations If you’ve ever fallen in love, then you know that it sometimes has nothing to do with whether the person is “right” for you or not. Why is that? For the simple reason that love is a subjective neuro-pathway formed inside each of our brains. What does that mean? It means that due to your emotional experiences, your brain has become wired to interpret love in a very particular way. And this particular way is shaped by what you have interpreted love to be in the past. Each person has what I call a “love equation”. One aspect of your love equation is the set of criteria that must be present in order for you to fall in love. Another aspect of your love equation is the set of criteria that must be present in order for you to feel loved. For the purpose of this discussion, I am going to focus on the second one: what must happen in order for you to feel loved. This aspect of your love equation is based on the concept of reward. Let’s imagine that you were rewarded for a particular behavior as a child, with an acknowledgement, that you interpreted as love. You will likely run a version of that behavior with a partner, in the hope of getting a similar reward. Here’s the kicker though. In all my years of clinical research I’ve never found two partners to have identical love equations for feeling loved. And I’ve worked with thousands of people and their love equations. Therefore, the way you express love could be very different from the way your partner receives love, because love equations are entirely subjective. What this may look like

in a relationship, is one partner saying to the other; “I don’t feel very loved by you”, while their partner responds by listing the things they do to demonstrate their love. Unfortunately, for the person who is complaining in this example, the actions listed by their partner may not equate to love in their mind. From this I know you can see how it is entirely possible for one partner in a relationship to feel they are being extremely loving, while the other partner is actually feeling unloved. My wife and I have both done a lot of work on love equations and their role in relationships, and it is a fascinating and empowering subject. Now, in following Amanda’s story we are introduced to another aspect of the love equation. I stated earlier that the foundation for your love equation is based on emotional experiences from your past. However, the aspect of your love equation that forms the belief of what happens after you fall in love can change dramatically as a result of a major emotional upheaval. And we see this in the case of Amanda. A traditional, conditioned love equation might go something like this: meet the person of your dreams, fall in love, get married and live happily ever after (the fairy tale). It’s reasonable to assume that Amanda’s love equation was similar to this up until the experience of her husband’s infidelity.

What we see at the wedding is that Amanda’s love equation seems to have dramatically changed. I would suggest that her love equation now goes something like this: meet the man of your dreams, fall in love, get married, suffer infidelity and live in the pain of that experience forever. For Amanda, even the thought of meeting a man and falling in love, now equates to pain. Every time Amanda replays the negative emotional experience in her head, she is actually strengthening the new love equation (which is less than empowering) by firing off the synaptic response in her brain that makes this new equation real for her. Stop for a moment. You need to pay extra attention. So clear your mind of any chatter and concentrate. In the next section I’m going to explain how your love equation affects who you attract into your life, and how you attract them. This is a particular area of expertise of mine.

Quantum Resonant Fields: The Missing Link Your Quantum Resonant Field (QRF) is the sum of your personal history, beliefs, thoughts and experiences expressed as an energetic field. You’ll recall I mentioned in the introduction that this was the subject of my dissertation. Think of your QRF as a radio station that is broadcasting out across the universe. The problem is you’re not always in control of your play list. It’s quite likely that the radio station is playing some very old records (your history). Even though you may want to play contemporary music, it keeps playing the same old songs. In this example, you will only attract the people, events and experiences (your station’s audience) that resonate with that play list. You’ll never attract an audience who wants Mozart if you’re broadcasting country music. Therefore in real life, you will attract the people, events and experiences that energetically match your QRF. This works in much the same way as a magnet attracts metal, but it doesn’t attract plastic. The easiest way to understand this attraction is to think of two energetic fields being in resonance with each other. And this is the term I will use throughout this discussion. Let me give you an example of how this works.

A person who resonates “being lucky” has a consistent experience of good fortune. Don’t we all know somebody like that? Or if, like Amanda, a person is in emotional pain, and that pain is rooted in betrayal ... That person will generally attract people who are the most likely to betray them in some way. So, the obvious question is: “Hang on, why would anybody do that?” Because, in most cases this is not a conscious choice they are making. You attract the people, events or experiences into your life that reinforce your strongest emotional experiences. This is what I mean by being in resonance. We attract evidence that the ego mind considers verification, of what we have come to believe is true. And so we stay in repetitive cycles we may not even consciously want. I’m going to give you another example of resonance at work. Everybody’s had the experience of walking into a room, or meeting someone and instantly feeling comfortable or uncomfortable. Many people describe it as getting a good or a bad vibe from someone. That vibe is your QRF interacting with another person’s QRF. When you feel a good vibe from someone, there is something in their QRF that matches yours. In just the same way, when you feel a bad vibe from someone, there is also something in their QRF that matches yours. Remember, your

QRF is the sum of all of your history, beliefs, thoughts and experiences - which also includes anyone you’ve ever met. This is a big one, so pay attention; this is life changing in itself. If you’ve ever met somebody who seemed trustworthy, only to have them later betray you – your QRF will recognize that aspect in another person’s QRF (if it is there) the moment you meet them. How many times have you overruled your instant reaction to meeting somebody, and later found out that your intuition was spot on. What we call intuition or gut feel is actually your QRF communicating to you directly. Isn’t this amazing! First impressions really do count for a lot, don’t they! Now, let’s go back to the wedding reception again. When one of the bridesmaids says: “Oh …. Something like this always happens!” after a drink is spilt on her. You now know that it’s her QRF that has communicated the “intuition” that this type of thing always happens. The event reinforces what she believes to be true (her intuition that something bad would happen). Her emotional response is predictably the same (the synapses are firing as conditioned). And, as a result, she experiences things she doesn’t even consciously want, repeatedly. Why? Because your QRF is responsible for all the recurring patterns in your life, whether you consider them good or bad. And as patterns are repeated, they are reinforced. Your emotional reaction in any given situation has a cumulative

affect on your QRF, and empowers it to attract more of the same into your life. When you change the way you emotionally react in any given situation, you begin to change your QRF. I’d like to tell you a story that illustrates this point beautifully. Several years ago I was working with a participant in one of my workshops - I will call him Richard. One of the things we discussed was his frustration with men aggressively confronting him on a regular basis. I tried to explain to him that he was the common denominator in these interactions, but Richard couldn’t grasp the concept, and denied that he was causing these incidents in any way. After a few more discussions, we were able to work through anger issues that Richard was not even aware of. As a result, when I happened to speak to Richard several months later, he happily reported that he no longer found himself in confrontations all the time. I asked Richard: “Did everybody else change, or was it you that changed?” And at that moment, Richard actually got it. He realized that as a result of changing his QRF, he was now creating a different reality for himself. The bottom line is that you are the common denominator in all experiences in your life, both good and bad. Your QRF is attracting the positive and the negative. Do you recognize the positive when it comes your way as easily as you do the negative? When positive energy is present in

your life do you dismiss it as a fluke or something that will quickly disappear? It’s worth thinking about. Nothing is an accident. Your quantum resonant field is attracting everything you are experiencing in your life – all the time. The study of quantum resonant fields has formed the basis of my life’s work, and I am thrilled to be sharing my knowledge with you here. What Do You See in The Mirror? At the wedding reception Amanda is able to temporarily let go of her pain and enjoy life, after medicating herself with a few stiff drinks. The next morning however, the mood is quite different. An envelope with photos from the night before is slipped under the door. Amanda hates the photos that were taken of her and stands in front of a mirror telling herself: “you suck!” She then goes into the bathroom and explodes into a rage while looking in the mirror screaming at herself “I hate you!”, “you are fat!”, “you’re ugly!”, “you are old!” Amanda’s self hate is violent in its expression and she smashes the image of herself reflected in the mirror. Amanda’s ego mind is creating evidence to prove to her that the negative beliefs she has are true. Many people can relate to the self-critical side of Amanda as she looks in the mirror and only sees the things she hates about herself. In the movie there is no mistaking Amanda’s self hate. It’s contained in the words she screams at herself. For most people though, these words play inside their head.

If Thoughts Can Affect Water … Suddenly time slows down, and a drop of water falling from the faucet into the basin snaps Amanda’s mind into focus. As she focuses she hears the voice of the man from the railway station where she first saw the photos of Dr. Emoto’s water crystals; “If our thoughts can do that to water, what can they do to us?” Suddenly Amanda is laughing and we see her drawing hearts all over herself. She continues drawing the hearts while taking a hot soothing bath. Some people may be able to relate to the self hate expressed in the bathroom, even in a subtle way. Others can relate to the self love she expresses by drawing hearts on herself as she takes a bath. Though I imagine few of you can relate to such a dramatic change in such a short time. Clearly, just as with the train earlier in the film, Amanda has moved at hyper speed from one belief, one reality, to the next. But the symbolic use of water throughout the film is also very profound. For example, earlier at the church Amanda was unable to cross herself with holy water, and now as a result of her transformation she baptizes herself in self-love. I urge you to examine the beliefs you hold about who you are on all levels. Think about it, are they your own, or are they passed on from other people like your parents, siblings,

peers or even the media? Whose beliefs are they really, and how long have you had them? And most importantly, are they serving you? We can all begin to transform disempowering beliefs about ourselves by recognizing where they come from, and replacing them with empowering beliefs. Set Yourself Free In the final act of the film we see Amanda walking. As she passes the church she looks and smiles and keeps on going. We are actually back at the opening scene. Amanda enters the cinema, where she becomes aware of herself in what is called super position in quantum physics. She’s in three places at one time. Amanda stands on the ramp as one self passes by her on the arm of her husband and another self walks up to her, and they merge while smiling. Amanda walks out of the cinema and into the street where she passes many people doing many different things. Each one of them is a different version of herself. She even passes herself wearing a sign that says “Make Known the Unknown”. So, what the bleep does it all mean? In its simplest form it means: Ask Yourself Deeper Questions. Discover what it is that you don’t know yet - that could empower you. So Amanda keeps walking until she is at a quiet place facing the water, and looking at the night sky as she falls asleep on a bench. The next morning she awakens to a beautiful day. She reaches into her pocket and finds her medication, which she promptly tosses, like a basketball, into a trashcan.

Now, let’s examine these closing scenes carefully, because they have so much to say. Amanda’s passing the church with a smile is a metaphor for several things. It is a metaphor for her moving beyond her negative power moment. She can now look at the place she once associated with pain without feeling it any more. Secondly, the fact that Amanda smiles but doesn’t enter the church is a metaphor for her finding within herself whatever it was that she may have previously looked for in that building. Why does Amanda end up back at the cinema, the place where we originally saw her? Again, this is brilliant. It’s a metaphor for always ending up back where you started, repeating cycles of what you don’t consciously want. Unless of course, you make real changes, like Amanda has. Amanda’s walk down the street past all those other versions of herself is a wonderful metaphor for a Buddhist teaching that is supported in quantum physics; there is no separation. All things in the universe are connected and the ultimate act of compassion is to look for yourself in everyone that you meet. At the end of Amanda’s walk she is sitting on a bench looking out over a large body of water. Once again the water is symbolic, and here it is possibly symbolizing that the way she thinks and feels is having an affect on a large scale. She falls asleep on the bench symbolizing the end of a day and the end of a way of being. She awakens to a bright

new day, a day where she is dynamically alive. Amanda throwing away the medication it is also symbolic. She is free at last. So, let’s recap the major points I have covered …

Now Ponder This! Whenever we read a book or watch a movie with a reasonably likable lead character, it is human nature to consciously or unconsciously see ourselves in that character. It is one of the ways human beings learn; by observation. In viewing “What the Bleep Do We Know?!” we learn our lessons by watching Amanda. She becomes a surrogate for each of us, teaching us through her mistakes and her ultimate triumph. You may recall that I started out my analysis of the movie referring to “the observer”. In fact, while watching this or any movie we are in the position of an external observer. We learn so much through Amanda’s journey. Her journey helps us to understand that we may sometimes feel like victims of circumstance, (like the bridesmaid who got wine spilt on her) when we are actually incredibly powerful beings creating our own realities. We see that we do not have to react with an automatic, programmed response to the situations we find ourselves in. Instead, we can become detached observers who make choices - and that each choice has its own consequences. Understand that the choices we make in life result in consequences and not punishments. This is an important distinction. Reggie taught us that each of our choices has a consequence, though he called them possibilities. He said that there are infinite choices creating infinite possibilities, and all you have to do is choose. Reggie also taught us that we

can focus on a power moment at any time, and the energy of that moment can become your fuel. He taught us that we can choose to be in our power, even if we felt weak or inadequate only moments before. The important thing to remember is that it’s your reality, your movie. You are the director, the screenwriter, casting director, producer and any other role needed to create your movie. And if you don’t like the movie the way it is - you can change it anytime you choose to step into your power. I happened to agree with Marianne Williamson when she said in her magnificent book “A Return to Love”: “Our

deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.” So own the power of who you really are and give up any false identity you may be holding about being weak or a victim or any other limiting belief. They’re all lies! Be like the child, who despite the dog being off the leash is laughing without any fear of loss and as a result is so totally alive. It’s inspiring. Embrace the change that is around you, even if it seems painful at the time. This may be just what you need in order to evolve to the next level of your being. Be willing to see beauty where in the past you had no conception of beauty, you may be surprised at how much of it surrounds you everyday. Amanda’s need for her anxiety medication offers us an opportunity to examine the possibility that we may all be

medicating ourselves in some form or another. For that matter, throughout the wedding scene we learned that behaviors are often a response to our own emotional addictions. We learned that every behavior has a cascade of peptides associated with it and every time those peptides get released, we are setting ourselves up for an emotional addiction. Through Amanda’s missing the train we got to look at the possibility that sometimes things that appear to be going wrong are in fact going just right. That’s how Amanda got to see Dr. Emoto’s research and learn that her thoughts were damaging parts of her life, including her own body. I then introduced you to the Equation for Manifestation and how your thoughts, emotions and feelings are having a direct impact on your reality. You need to understand that your life is like the empty pages of the photo album Amanda received as a gift. It’s ready for you to choose the very best images for inclusion. Of course, the only way to do that is to live in the present, and not let negative memories cloud your vision. Remember that your brain is receiving tons of information and filtering almost all of it out to match what your ego mind believes is real - based on the history of who you were, not who you are! Be willing to consider that everyone who is in your life is there to show you something. It may be to reflect a part of yourself you have repressed, an issue you need to deal with or maybe they’re just there so you can learn to say “no” to them.

We learned that the mind does not know the difference between what it sees and what it imagines or remembers, therefore you, like Dr. Joe Dispenza can now create your day. You can create your entire reality. The filmmakers have skillfully demonstrated that we are great and powerful beings. Now I challenge you to incorporate this knowledge into your life. Share it with others, not just with your words, but with your actions too. Use the Equation of Manifestation and create a life that’s in resonance with your own magnificence.
