A Message to the “Professed Believer”

Back Cover of Track
He that is of God heareth God’s words! John 8:47 John 8:12, “Then spake Jesuagain unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followet me shall not s walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” Follow - To obey; to observe; to practice; to act in conformity to. It is our duty to follow the commands of Christ. Good soldiers follow the orders of their general; good servants follow the directions of their master. Be
Psalm 119:2-3, “Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whol faithful! e heart. They also do no iniquity (sin): they walk in his ways.” John 10:27, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” Following Christ is not just acknowledging Him with your lips (or attending religious ceremonies) – it is applying His truth to your life and living it daily! One must apply all of God’s word to their life, not just the parts they choose to accept or believe!
Be a practitioner! Many profess, but not all follow!
1 John 2:6, “He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.”

Luke 11:2, “And he (Jesus) said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.”
Do you want to be in God’s It will be a wonderful place. Everything will be in perfect order/harmony. Why? Because God will be“The and Kingdom?
everything will conform to His perfect will - just as it does in heaven now. Read Matthew
But wait!
12:50 God wants His will to be done right now! On earth as it is in heaven.
If not, then don’t expect that you will be in His eternal Kingdom. 1 Peter 4:2 The very basis of all sin is the desire to live your own life as you determine (self-centered) – according to your will. Being in God’s will requires you to put your life aside (die to self) and live in obedience to Him. The flesh does not want to deny itself and forsake the things that it loves to put God foremost. Will you put the flesh aside and
Galatians 5:24, “And they thatfollow? are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.” Luke 17:21, “Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.” Or is it? Study God’s Word and examine your heart.

Jesus said to repent!
Matthew 4:17, “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Mark 1:15, “And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, Turn from your way to God’s and believe the gospel.”
way Luke 5:31-32, “And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
What does it mean to Love God- hate repent? Repentance is understanding the wickedness of your sin and how it separates you from God. It sin! produces a true godly sorrow and regret for past sins, but just as important a heart determined to forsake all future sin. As you cry out to God for mercy and forgiveness, you totally yield your life to Him. You forsake, let go, die to your old life and take on the nature of Christ. You hate sin in your life just as God hates sin.
There will be a noticeable change in your
There is a fundamental difference between a Christian and an unbeliever. The Christian lives life! to Glorify God, the sinner rejects God's claim on his life and lives to please himself.
5
Coming to Christ is leaving of all false confidences and renouncing all love to sin - looking to Jesus as your sole confidence and hope. Isaiah 55:6-7, “Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him, while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy on him.” You must forsake your Proverb 28:13, “He that covereth his sinssinfulness! shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” Some cling to their My life suites me
sin and say they are following Christ by simply believing in Him. They may even be very religious (attending worship ceremonies). Refusing to yield your will to God’s will eventually result in eternal separation from Him. Jesus repeated twice (emphasis), “I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise Many will seek to retain their own

” (Luke 13:this 3 &is5). John 3:19-21, “And the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.”
6
What is God’s desire?2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should peris, but that all should come to repentance.” It’s all about Jesus!
Those that perish will do so as a result of their own rebellion toward God in not repenting. They will be rejecting God’s mercy and grace which is freely given yet totally undeserved. God sent His Son to die for us and deliver us from our sins. Jesus laid His life down willingly in perfect obedience to the Father’s will. It was sufficient! If this is not precious to you then you are far gone. We must lay our lives down in obedience to
Jesus’ will!
Those that truly repent will find mercy and grace. Psalms 86:5, “For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.” Psalms 86:15, “But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in Jesus is looking for lost sheep not wishing mercy and truth. Luke 15:10, “Likewise, I say to untoperish! you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God any Will over one sinner that repenteth.” Dying to

The Prodigal Son: Luke 15:11, “And he (Jesus) said, A certain man had two sons:” Luke 15:12-13, “And the younger of them said to his father, Father, give methe portion of goods that falleth to me. And he divided unto them his living. And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with Riotous living.” Someone seeking their will The son was concerned for himself and his desires. Notice that he was far from God and wasted over God’s his life on luxurious living - unrestrained by law or morality in festive indulgences. Luke 15:14-16, “And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want. And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine. And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.” Sin will destroy you! Our way always fails in the end. The son hits rock bottom – sinks as low as he can. We think we know everything and set ourselves in the place of God. Proverbs 16:25, “There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” The son’s whole attitude about his life and God begins to change. Yield to God
always! 8
Luke 15:17-18, “And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. The once prideful and arrogant son is now humbled. He sees his need and God’s provision to meet that need. He sees what separates him from God. He decides to repent - to confess his sin to God, ask forgiveness, and turn from his way and seek God’s righteousness as a true Luke 15:20, “And he arose, and servant. God’s response to a repentant sinner: came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.” God loves you! Luke 15:21-24, “And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost , and is found . And they began to be merry.”

Jesus said the men of Nineveh would rise up in judgment against this
Nineveh - generation because they repented at Jonas preaching. Matthew 12:41
Sign for an evil generation A need to repent Matthew 12:39 The people of Nineveh believed God! Everyone from the greatest to the least fasted (neither eating nor drinking), they cried mightily unto God, and everyone turned from their evil way and violence. Jonah 3:10, “And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.”
Jesus said: Luke 11:30, “For as Jonas was a sign unto the Ninevites, so shall also the Son of man be to this generation.” The time to repent is now! Will you? Luke 5:32 I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. Jesus has called for repentance – to turn, forsake, let go of all your wicked ways. God is merciful now, but He will next come in judgment.” The question – Will you follow the gospel?

Don’t Look Back!
Jesus said: Luke 17:32-33, “Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.” Lot had been living in Sodom, an exceedingly
wicked city. He had become very
evil comfortable amid all the . God’s angels literally drag himof (deliver) his family Are you comfortable in had theto sinfulness this and society? How about your own sin? Do you even think about it?
No one in the city was willing to repent of their evil and God rained brimston and fireupon them. Lot was required to forsake all to save his life, trustingetotally in God.
Would you be willing to forsake all to gain your life eternally in Or perhaps you think you can live for yourself and Christ Jesus? serve Christ also? Lot’s wife looked back and was turned into a pillar of salt . She really didn’t want to leave her old sinful life! She looked back with regret. There can be no looking back. Luke 9:62, “And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.” Hebrews 10:38, “Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.”

Losing your life for Jesus:
Take
Matthew 10:39, “He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.” Matthew 16:25, “For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.” Live for self and die! Mark 8:35, “For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.” Luke 9:24, “For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.” Die to self and live! Luke 17:33, “Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.” John 12:25, “He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.”
A point is being made here! We are to put aside our desires, ambitions, and control of things, and yield totally to God – lose our life. In doing so we will find it and secure it eternally! Jesus gives life more John 10:10
13
Denying and Forsaking: Jesus often said: Come, Follow
Me! Matthew 16:24, “Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” Repetitive verses – Mark 8:34, “And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” We are talking about sacrifice here! Luke 9:23, “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”

Nothing candaily take priority over God:
Commitment !
Luke 14:26, “If a man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.” Stop seeking rights, privileges, reputation, ambitions, interests, and your own way

See Matthew 10:37
I will follow – To a point? Let’s not get fanatical or Mark 10:17, “And when he (Jesus) was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother. And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth. Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast (forsake all), and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great You don’t have possessions.” Do you set limitations on following God? that option! Following God means that you are willing to adhere to all of His Word (Bible), not just the parts that are appealing or do not require sacrifice on your part (the positive gospel where God does everything for you). Are you willing to yield your comfort zones to God? Abraham was willing to sacrifice (kill) his precious son. Noah spent 120 years building an ark. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into a fiery furnace, David faced Goliath. Faith

What did Jesus say about…Worldliness
2 Timothy 2:4
I John 2:15-17, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is of the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: But he that doeth the will of God abideth forever.” Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Mark 4:19, “And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.” God’s Path Is To 1 John 5:4-5, “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: Narrow and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God” Be unspotted by the world!James 1:27 2 Corinthians 6:17, “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.” It cannot be done! You cannot serve the world and Christ! Matthew 6:24 “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other…”

Worldliness & Sinfulness …An everyday In most every home in America there is a most cherished and revered item. Many could not example
imagine a day without it. It is certainly worshipped. Most spend hours a day being entertained and instructed. What is this item? - The television. Many also rent A typical day/night of TV viewing may include: Foul language, adultery, fornication, movies uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, lying, homosexuality, covetousness, maliciousness, deceit, insolence, rebellion, disobedience to parents, gambling, spite, pride/arrogance, wickedness, gossip, boasting, blasphemy, false accusers, incontinence, unthankfulness, gluttony, mischief, scheming, selfishness, traitors, unmerciful, lovers of selves, false religion, cruelty, greed, bribery – I think you get the idea. Destroyer of Souls It’s hard to believe, but…Most professed Christians (so-called) view, as a source of enjoyment, the very sins that nailed Christ upon the cross. These same ones claim to know him! No wonder Jesus said that many would call him “Lord” and yet not enter into heaven (Matthew 7:21-23). None of these will be able to tell God they “struggle” with lust and they try not to lust but cannot help it – Not when they sit in front of the TV. How foolish to watch lustful things and then think you struggle with sin in your life. Resisting sin?
17
The TV mocks everything sacred and holy in God’s Word. At a minimum it takes precious time and attention (focus) off of God. The TV will fill your heart full of all manner of evil and wickedness to the extent that victory over sin in your life may be impossible. 2 Corinthians 10:5, “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.” There is a constant stream of evil thoughts resulting from TV programming to your heart Those who commit the sins (incomplete list) on the previous page will not inherit the kingdom ofThe Heaven (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). But youeven do not actually commit them to be guilty… Bible says you are guilty if you have taketopleasure
in them that do these things. (Romans 1:32)

There is just no way that you can put all the evils broadcast on TV into your heart and have any victory over sin in your life. So how can you hope to please God based upon God’s written will for you contained in the Bible? What do you put into your heart? That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. I will set no wicked thing before my eyes. Ps 101:3
2 Thessalonians 2:12
Matthew 15:18-19, “But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:” You can only serve one Do you Hebrews 12:4, “Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin .” Resist sin? He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whosoever keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected; hereby we know we are in him.” Luke 6:46, “And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?” James 1:22, “But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.” I John 5:2-3, “By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep (obey) his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.” Do you see a pattern here? Hebrews 5:9, “And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;” Revelation 22:14, “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.”
Luke 11:28, “But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.”

John 14:15, “If ye me, keep my commandments.” obedie Jesus himself defined love for God as . . Therefore, if you are not obedient to Jesus, then you are in a constant state of breaking ncethe foremost of all commandments and you will not be saved. Can this be showed in elsewhere in scripture? Yes, Hebrews 5:9, “And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvati unto all them that o him;”

You obey from the heart, compulsion onnot out of fear orbey
Obedience and love for God become your new nature Romans 8:14, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit.”

You can’t obey it Shame Read God’s If you don’t know it Many professed Christians have never read through the Bible! Word!
Psalm 119:11, “Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against thee.” John 8:31, “Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:51, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.” What motivates you? What do you enjoy? The wickedness on television or the truth of God’s word? Where do you spend most of your time? 2 Timothy 3:15 Are you spiritually LAZY? Do others just tell you what’s in the Bible? 2 Timothy 3:16, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”

Put on the new manColossians born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Image of in the 3:10 sinful Being “born again” results from true repentance. When you die to your old self-serving Christ rebellious way of life, all things become new. You now take on Christ’s nature – you are born of the Spirit! You must hate sin, hypocrisy, & indifference John3:6, “That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”
Dying? But then I (SELF) wouldn’t get to do the thinks I want to
The old life (old man) would be that self-willed, self-seeking, rebellious, sinful person that does what is right in his own eyes. One determined to live according to his own will in a manner based upon his own fleshly desires. That Old Man has gotta die! Romans 6:4-6, “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.” Dead w/Him = Live
24
Ephesians 4:22-24, “That ye put off concerning the former conversation (life) the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.”
There is definitely a pattern here: He who has ears to
hear! Colossians 3:3-4, “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.” 2 Corinthians 5:15, “And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them and rose again. Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” If you live as the world then you have not let go of the old man. John 12:24, “Verily, verily, I (Jesus) say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.” Start producing Death to self produces life in God God’s works! The cross is the way of death
Repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.

Ephesians 4:24
What Happens To Me After I Repent?
If you have sought God and truly repented, then
Newness of Life
Great Joy!
2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” John 3:3, “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Conformed to God’s
will!
The Lord regenerates (renews) us. We have new desires and affections. We serve from the heart, not out of compulsion. Our greatest delight is to know and do God’s will. Philippians 2:13, “For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”
Repent, be baptized and receive the Holy Ghost Acts 2:38
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, which the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto John 14:26 you. You now become dead to sin, self and the things of this world. You are a new person in Christ Jesus! Everything that is abominable to God must become loathsome to you.
26
Do you confess Christ? Matthew 10:32-33, “Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.”

Persecution
John 17:14, “I have given them thy word; and the world hath hatedthem, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.” If you are truly serving God then you can expect tribulation and persecution. If you are not experiencing this then you are either ineffective or deceived about your condition. 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in You have God’s word on 2itTimothy Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” In the world you will have Luke 21:17, “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.” I have persecution

Real and the False: You probably noted on the previous page that God’s prophets have always been persecuted. The mark of a true messenger/teacher (Prophet) – assuming their message lines up with the Word of God – has always been rebuke, rejection and unpopularity. The mark of a false prophet has always been flattery, popularity and acceptance. False prophets will tell you what you want to hear (make you comfortable and happy). Smooth

It could even be that you are not converted yourself (examine your heart). Most religious folks reading this track are outraged at the thought of denying themselves. This is not the easy message they have been fed all along. False prophets will have a message that seams right and may be somewhat scriptural. After all, the devil quoted scripture to Jesus in the wilderness. It will seem so right, yet miss God. Do you allow others to tell you what the Do you trust in denominations or the pastor, or do you search the scriptures?

Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

Satan’s Big Lie: That you can sin against God and live!
Genesis Chapter 3
Convinced man that he could determine right & wrong for himself. Live his own life as he desires. Rebellion against God – It’s practiced widely today!
Many churches teach a false gospel that Christ’s sacrifice covers continuing in sin. Galatians 2:17, “But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.” Read 1 John 3:5 Imagine that – teaching that God sent His only Son to die for us so that we could be justified to continue sinning – the very thing God hates! What a mockery!

You say you believe in You must repent! God
Mere head knowledge (agreeing with the facts of Christ’s life) is not sufficient. You’ll be lacking! James 3:19, “Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.” Why do the demons tremble? Because they are in rebellion to God and are destined for the lake of fire. Are you in rebellion (what does your life say)? Salvation and relationship with God is so much more than a quick prayer and a religious appearance. It involves dying to yourself everyday to do God’s will - To serve and obey him. You must deny yourself and take up the cross (symbol of death). You must follow Christ’s example. Jesus becomes your life. John 1:4, “In him was life; and the life was the light of men.” 1 John 5:11-12, “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.”
Most are comfortable with a form of godliness: John 8:36, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
Have you truly been freed from the love of sin? Do you fight it daily? Do you seek to yield all areas of your life to God – forsaking all? Do you still rebel to control your own way or cherish certain idols? Jesus came to free you from that and reconcile you with the Father.

What About Grace?
Hebrews 4:16, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
Many will persist and say that their sinfulness is covered under God’s Grace. They say that God’s unmerited grace allows them to sin and identify with the devil because it is a nature that cannot be overcome in this life. Grace is not given at the expense of holiness! Grace: Favorable influence of God in renewing the heart and restraining from sin. God’s help offered to us according to our present need. If we need to overcome sin, grace can endue us with sufficient power, If we need forgiveness, grace can forgive us. If we need to be faithful in a time of testing, grace can increase our faith. God’s grace is always sufficient for our every need. Titus 2:11-14, “For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity (sin), and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.” Romans 5:21, “That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousnessunto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.” Only through

Any doctrine of grace that takes away the fear of sinning is a false gospel. The message must lead you to God, not away. If a doctrine enables you to sin lightly and to ask forgiveness cheaply, without the deep sorrow and extreme hatred for sin that true repentance brings, then you can be sure it is deception from Satan.
