Forward Direction -It is when you are moving ahead in the direction you are facing Examples ( running forward, jumping forward, walking forward, rolling the ball forward, forward rolling, kicking the ball forward) Backward Direction -It is the direction where you move behind a person or an object Examples( back-pedaling, moving backward in Karate, Backward throwing)

Levels -are the things that are involved in doing physical activities. These levels are low, medium ,and high Low: Forward Rolling Backward Rolling Sideward Rolling Curled Straight Sideward Rolling Medium: Standing Position knees slightly bend Arch back with one leg extended Wheelbarrow Crabwalk High: Leaping Balance Beam Cartwheel Jumps Identify if it is Low, Medium,or High

Pathways -the movements of every individual. These could be in the form of straight, curved, zigzag, or a combination. Types of Pathways:

Locations -can be seen when you execute movement. It includes behind, in front, under, and over Types ofLocations:

Space -talks about the personal orself space and general space

Types of Pathways:

Levels -are the things that are involved in doing physical activities. These levels are low, medium ,and high Plane -it is like a pathway, it is regarded as a specific form of a pathway Levels: Low: Supine and side lying Position Medium: Kneeling and Long Sitting Position High: Half knee bend and Arm Circling Plane: Horizontal

B.Establishing a purpose for the lesson C.Presenting Examples/ instances of the new lesson

Over -if the object is on top of an area. Front -if the object is or a person is ahead of us.

F.Developing Mastery

Behind -if the object, person, or place is in our back Tell and Show: The student will tell if what is the location of the picture and show it in the class.
