Then join me for a lesson in Tie Dying on Wed., August 12, at 1 pm. I have on hand 10 children's t-shirts ranging in all sizes (first come, first serve). Children must be accompanied by an adult. The dye we are using is called Rit Dye. It works best on 100% cotton white shirts. It is always a good idea to wash any item before dyeing to remove fabric softeners. This allows the fabrics to absorb dye better and results in more accurate, even color. So, bring a white t-shirt and hope for NO RAIN. We will meet in front of apartment 13G, weather permitting.
