NO TRASH on Patios: Residents must not leave any trash bags on their patio/s or outside their apartments for any period of time. Apartment Life handbook states in page 20: “Large commercial dumpsters are provided in parking lots for disposal of all trash. All trash must be placed inside the dumpsters. Non-soluble materials such as disposable diapers, sanitary napkins, etc. should be placed in the dumpsters, not disposed through the toilet. Trash, trash containers, and recyclables MUST BE KEPT INSIDE the apartment and emptied regularly. Trash left outside is a health hazards and attracts insects and rodents.
