WAVE automatically downloads the ASN from the ERP and allows you to receive inventory against ASNs to ensure your receiving accuracy. WAVE guides users through the putaway process to fill the space based on the current needs and maximizes the utilization of the warehouse space while reducing the stocking time. Replenishment is automatically triggered when inventory levels reach the restocking point. WAVE allows locations to be periodically counted based on ABC (80-20) rules. Its intelligent algorithms lock inventory and notify management as soon as abnormalities are detected, to prevent further inventory discrepancies.

OUTBOUND OPERATIONS WAVE automatically downloads sales orders and allocates the inventory for sales orders in realtime or in batches, based on the business requirements. WAVE guides the pickers in best-pick sequence in order to reduce order fulfillment time and increase worker’s productivity. It directs carton packing to maximize cartons space and increase the percentage of “perfect orders”. WAVE’s advanced cubing algorithms ensure that the fewest number of cartons are packed in accordance with the customer’s requirements, which serves to greatly decrease shipping costs. WAVE assigns the order to the appropriate carrier services based on the customer routing guide. WAVE allows user to make finished goods based on the Bill of Materials and perform Value Added Services (VAS).

TRANSPORTATION OPERATIONS WAVE supports Truck-Load, Less-Than-Truck-Load (LTL), and parcel carriers. WAVE’s advanced rate-shopping engine dramatically reduces the cost of shipping by automatically selecting the least expensive carrier every time. WAVE generates Manifest, Bill of Lading (BOL), and EDI information to meet all of your carrier requirements. WAVE ensures that the cartons are loaded correctly in the carrier’s container.
