Methods of manufacturing activated carbon filter… Clean coconut shell

Sun dry.

Burn dried coconut shell at 300-500 C for 3-5 hours.

Spread on tray at room temperature to be drained.

Wash charcoal with distilled water

Soak charcoal in CaCl2 or ZnCl2 for 12-18 hours.

Crushing

Pack activated charcoal in plastic vessel

Dry in oven at temperature 110 C for 3 hours.
