INTRODUCTION With competition on the rise and always lurking to take advantage of our market share, the business world today resembles a war zone where one man just always secure and sustain a place in the market. There is also high level of uncertainty with the ever changing market forces. Mergers and takeover is the name of the game today. Top executives are no longer mere decision makers, there are also the custodians of the organisation interest, and they are what we call “Warriors”. Being a warrior is a profession, and just like any other profession, the skills need to be developed. That is why it is important to have a program such as “The Ultimate Warrior Experience” to mould the individual warriors into an effective team that is resilient to change the business uncertainties. An adult-learning experiential were used in this programme that focused on strategy, tactics, teamwork and collaboration.

CHIEF TRAINER LT. COL (RTD) ZULKAPLI ABD RAHMAN SMP, AAP, AMN, AMP (Pahang), AMP (Perlis), psc He was serve as a Commanding Officer at the 2nd Battalion Regt 505 (Territorial Army) Pahang. That report directly to HRH Brig General Tengku Abdullah Ibni Sultan Ahmad Shah Mustainbillah, Commander Regt 505 on matters pertaining to manpower and military training. Other records: In 2001 – 2003 : He was the Director for SUMBER MAJU an agriculture based company, which main involvement of business was in replanting project for rubber and oil palm with FELDA, FELCRA LKPP and RISDA in Jerantut, Temerloh and Kuala Lipis district. In 1998 – 2000: He worked at TEGAP PADU SDN BHD, a construction Company which its core business were civil works such as construction of school buildings, teacher’s quarters, road building, aircraft hanger, indoor residential sites in Bukit Tinggi at LKPP. In 1996 : He was involved in Senior Management Program organised by Harvard University In 1993 – 1997 : He was a General Manager for URUS BINA SDN BHD a fully own Tabung Haji subsidiary company, which provides catering services, building maintenance, personal and building security services locally and abroad in Mecca, Medina, Jeddah and Mina. In 1986 : Obtained Diploma in Military Studies In 1970 – 1993 : He served for 23 years with Malaysian Army, Royal Ranger Regiment. He held various appointment as a staff officer in the regiment and at MINDEF. He was an instructor for both at RMC and PULADA (Army Training Centre). He was also attached to Regt 22 Commando at Kuala Kubu Baru and Cameron Highland, from 1988 – 1990. Other appointments held are : Captain of Kelab Rekreasi Sri Mahkota for the last 7 years. He have a strong interest in golf , in which his handicap is 1b. He is a self motivated person and also managed and organized corporate war game / team building courses and programme for MAS Academy Tabung Haji, Sony (Malaysia), ITM students and Putri & Wanita UMNO Temerloh, Pahang.
