Viper Networks had previously projected that its 50% interest in their Joint Venture would generate revenues in excess of $50 million in 2010. The closing of this acquisition will effectively double the projected fiscal 2010 revenues to over $100,000,000. •

(GIS), a leading global Infocomm service provider in the Asia-Pacific region, for sales, distribution and other value-added services GIS provides Infocomm services through the household brand names, Gobalcom and SayHi, utilizing an extensive network of business partners in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the India Subcontinent October 2009: Viper Networks and Cirilium India announce they have signed contracts and initiated deployment for a redundant network between the U.S., Europe and India. Initial dedicated and protected circuits will be installed between the Company's equipment in the U.S. and India, to provide a full spectrum of national and international telecommunication services from the Middle East and Southeast India.
