2009 ‘CONDENSED NEWS’ AS REPORTED ON MARKETWIRE Early 2009: VPER signs 5-year Joint Venture Agreement with Cirilum India Pvt. Ltd. for the exclusive franchise rights with BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise and World’s 7th largest telecommunications company with over 49 million customers -- www.BSNL.co.in May ’09: VPER announces the completion of their telecommunications infrastructure and announces plans to launch operations for its newly awarded India telecom license May ’09: VPER receives government approval to initiate sales for its India telecom franchise license. Approved Asian countries include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia… and for the Middle Eastern countries, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain June ’09: VPER announces negotiations with some of the largest telecommunications providers in Africa and the Middle East July ’09: VPER successfully completes the network and interoperability testing as part of the final stages of negotiations with one of the largest telecommunications providers in Africa and the Middle East for various sales, distribution and carrier agreements August ’09: VPER enters into an Agreement with 2P (www.pp.com.sa), one of Saudi Arabia's leading telecommunication providers and Top 100 fastest growing companies; for sales, distribution and other services for its recently awarded India telecom license August 19, 2009: Viper Networks, Inc. announces Letter of Intent to merge/acquire their Joint Venture partner Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd., a profitable telecom provider

Viper Networks had previously projected that its 50% interest in their Joint Venture would generate revenues in excess of $50 million in 2010. The closing of this acquisition will effectively double the projected fiscal 2010 revenues to over $100,000,000. •

August ’09: VPER entered into an Agreement with Globalcom Information Services Ltd. (GIS), a leading global Infocomm service provider in the Asia-Pacific region, for sales, distribution and other value-added services GIS provides Infocomm services through the household brand names, Gobalcom and SayHi, utilizing an extensive network of business partners in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the India Subcontinent October 2009: Viper Networks and Cirilium India announce they have signed contracts and initiated deployment for a redundant network between the U.S., Europe and India. Initial dedicated and protected circuits will be installed between the Company's equipment in the U.S. and India, to provide a full spectrum of national and international telecommunication services from the Middle East and Southeast India. October 2009: VPER announces North American headquarters move to larger facilities in Troy, Michigan (Greater Detroit). Strategic relocation facilitates increase in key personnel, the expansion of Viper’s operational divisions. October 2009: VPER announces an institutional [non-dilutive, debt financing] that it has secured with a private equity firm based in Saudi Arabia for $10,0000,000 (U.S. Dollars) with an option to the Company for an additional $5,000,000. October 2009: VPER announces that their operations in Singapore have been launched through Globalcom Information Services October 2009: VPER announces deployment for a redundant telecommunications network between Australia and India (to be completed by Nov.30, ’09) October 19, 2009: VPER appoints former Executive Director of Operations for Lucent Technologies as New President of International Operations for Viper Networks, Inc.
