Today’s lesson We are going to learn metaphors. But, what exactly are metaphors?
What are metaphors? Metaphors work like similes, although it does not use like or as.
It compares an item with another item by saying that it is the other item.
E.g.: James is like a dictionary! He knows the meanings of all the words I asked.
More examples! Examples: Metaphor: She is a cheetah. Simile: She can run as fast as a cheetah!
