Sigma Construction May 2012-Sep 2015 PROJECT : 2 x 20MW Gas Turbines (Frame V); 1 x 37.5MW Steam Turbine; 3 X 75TPH HRSG at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon. As C&I Commissioning Engineer Managed and lead group of 30 technical professionals to execute the project in time. Key Responsibilities as Commissioning Engineer : ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Working on METSO DNA DCS Systems. Erection and Commissioning of C&I Instruments, Electrical LT module like UPS-DB, DCDB, GTPMCC, LT Motors and UPS System. Able to attend Black Out, Shut down and any default related to C&I and Electrical. Testing of LT Panels. Commissioning of motors. Well Versed with reading and interpretation drawings and schemes of C&I Instrument and Electrical LT Module. Maintenance of Steam turbine and HRSG’s field instrument.
