Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specification. I worked on C2C, W2 & 1099 requirements. I worked on the Walls- Fargo, American Express, Fedex, HCL, Home Depoto, Capital One etc. Worked on Recruiting H1B Consultants, Green card Holders & US Citizens for Vendor Requirements. When I got requirement then I float to the all vendors. I find the consultant and matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description. Sigma Construction May 2012-Sep 2015 PROJECT : 2 x 20MW Gas Turbines (Frame V); 1 x 37.5MW Steam Turbine; 3 X 75TPH HRSG at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon. As C&I Commissioning Engineer Managed and lead group of 30 technical professionals to execute the project in time. Key Responsibilities as Commissioning Engineer : ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Working on METSO DNA DCS Systems. Erection and Commissioning of C&I Instruments, Electrical LT module like UPS-DB, DCDB, GTPMCC, LT Motors and UPS System. Able to attend Black Out, Shut down and any default related to C&I and Electrical. Testing of LT Panels. Commissioning of motors. Well Versed with reading and interpretation drawings and schemes of C&I Instrument and Electrical LT Module. Maintenance of Steam turbine and HRSG’s field instrument. Testing, Commissioning and maintenance of Motorised Actuators, Pneumatic Control valves, Air lock relay and Air regulator. Calibration of Control valve’s Positioner.
