Fort Wainwright is looking for 30-40 adult volunteers willing to be “Victims for a Day” • Volunteers will play the victim roles of a major disaster. • Specific roles and injuries will be assigned on exercise day. • “Injuries” (created from makeup and latex) will range from cuts and bruises to broken limbs and major injuries – All simulated, of course! • Some “victims” will be treated on site, others will be transported to local hospitals. • Some “victims” may participate in a decontamination process. • Volunteers will need to wear clothes that may become unusable due to makeup, fake blood, or ripped in the course of the exercise.
