PROBLEM IDENTIFIED Evacuation sign is on the floor.

Toilet seat broken, so cubicle is locked. Two fire extinguishers need testing (last done 10/07) Fan requires PAT Testing Toilet seat is broken. Housekeeping Air conditioner needs PAT testing Jobs from previous inspection have not been done i.e. microwave and fridge need PAT testing and fire blanket needs testing. Housekeeping Break point sign is missing. Kettle need PAT testing. Break point sign is missing Break point sign is missing Glass trophy stored above head height on top of cabinet. Items from previous inspection have not been done – i.e. kettle, fridge and microwave require PAT testing. Fire blanket needs testing

Housekeeping throughout the block needs looking at. Also of note, all extinguishers are about due for testing.
