Terms, Conditions and Charges for services:•

We charge (8.00% +Service tax) of the Annual CTC to the company as consultancy charge.

•

If any candidate quits the job on his/her own accord during the first 3 months of joining, Vijay Consultancy Services (VCS) will provide a free replacement only if the payment for the candidate has been received as per the invoice and within 30 days of the invoice date. Further on, the replacement will be given only if it is informed to Vijay Consultancy Services (VCS). Within 7 days of the candidate quitting.

Any replaced candidate will be exempted from this clause thereon.

•

Company should pay us commission charges within one month. (After submission of invoice).

•

SERVICE MODELS FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOMENT & TESTING Predetermined bid: In this model VCS manages whole project. After proper understanding of the project, we will estimate the manpower requirements & depending on the mandays required, a fix cost for the whole project will be quoted. Time and Talent (T&T): Charges for each of the human resource will be quoted depending on the hours of work done and the level of the human resource for the task assigned.

Resource on demand Model: Depending on the testing to be performed the individual resources can be changed. (Eg. For functional testing separate team will be assigned, for Nonfunctional it will be different). This model provides flexibility as well as benefits of long-term contract to both parties. Workstation of the testing project will be decided by mutual contract between VCS and the customer. Onsite: The testing team will be completely onsite and use the test setup at the customer site.

Offshore: The test setup can be completely replicated at VCS and the testing team can execute the project in our office. Our QA engineers will be visiting client to get involve in testing process.

Offshore over Web: We can develop a channel between us and the customer through internet, The test setup at the customer site can be accessed over internet through safe secure access and the QC team can execute the project from offshore. This model has some limitations as load testing, may not be feasible.

Conclusion VCS delivers lower error rates, shorter testing cycles and reduced software maintenance efforts. VCS builds stability, accountability and quality into software development initiatives.
