of Obstetric & Gynecology Department inclusive Labor and Delivery Room at As Salam International Hospital Cairo ,Egypt ,in hospital with the capacity of 330 beds covering all types of specialties .Total capacity of obstetric &gynecology department adds up to 35 beds in total ,including suite ,single and double room. The department provides medical care for not less than 100 deliveries a month. This is in addition to gynecological operations and endoscopic procedures. Duties: -Manages 25 nursing staff, Including appraisal evaluation , Including recruitment, career development, Control the department ;Procurement of capital equipment and supplies, Prepare presentation, Training and teaching the nursing staff to carry out the nursing procedure and total nursing care of the patients , complete documentation chart, Responsible for proposal and implementing departmental policies, Deals with patients complains ,Inter personal relation amongst the patients ,relatives, visitors, ,nurses ,medical and paramedical staff.
