Percentage of Agencies Reporting These Challenges as Barriers Overcome OURPUBLICSERVICE.ORG
Summary Although current use is very limited, many respondents have big plans to use or expand their use There is high interest in learning about different media The challenges to be overcome are many; may require working with agency webmaster, CIO, office of public affairs, general counsel -- maybe others Interest in using social media is not primarily HR-driven in most agencies; HR must catch up Smart HR folks will use as models those agencies that have made strides and will join up with those active in the “community of interest”
