Details of Urea Manufacturing Process • Natural Gas and Water react to from carbon-dioxide and Hydrogen through a process called reforming. • Carbon-dioxide is separated for later use, while nitrogen from air and hydrogen from natural gas mixed to form Ammonia • Ammonia is then mixed with carbon-dioxide to form Urea.

Details of DAP Manufacturing Process • Rock Phostate, the raw material use for making phosphoric acid. • Rock Phosphate is treated with sulphuric acid to form phosphoric acid. • Phosphoric acid is then mixed with Ammonia, Furnace Oil, Sand & Sulphuric acid to form DAP.
